Straightforward way of viewing Sales Forecasts
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is intuitive and clean, can be used as the focal point of forecasting calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experience a lag of about 2 hours between when a deal has been closed/won in SFDC and when that deal is showing up as closed/won in Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for fast and frequent monitoring of our deals

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helped me with learning the product and how to sell it at my last company. Before Gong, there wasn't a tool that could help me learn how to manage meetings and talk to potential and existing customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Privacy. I'm not sure if there's a way to change this, but I didn't have an option of which recorded meetings I wanted available in Gong. I'd like to option to choose which one's to make public to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Gong, there wasn't a tool that helped me learn a new product while onboarding at a new company. Now with Gong, the learning curve is quicker than ever. I could listen to the top reps at my company sell to customers, which was extremely valuable to me.
Can't imagine a world without Gong now...
What do you like best about the product?
It's so amazing to not have to religiously take notes during a Sales or Customer call. Gong has saved me a couple of times in not remembering a certain thing and I just simply go back and ctrl + f the meeting transcript to figure it out again. We also find it so helpful in onboarding new employees who can listen to calls to get a sense of what people are thinking / feedback we get. Lastly, our product team relies heavily on feedback through Gong, whether it's shared via a super easy integration with our product feedback tool, or if they watch back the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seriously not much comes to mind. I just turned off some of the notifications since there were so many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me remember key details for the Sales Cycle, submit product feedback, and be more present in Sales calls since I don't have to take notes.

On a Day to Day Basis, gong supports me to anaylse my sales calls, providing me with a clear summary of what was spoken about etc. allows me to keep on top of my deals and ensure nothing is missed. And if it has been missed, i know what to ask on the next call. Allows my internal coach to provide feedback

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the best B2B revenue intelligence platform. I can easily track and manager my open/closed pipeline. I love that they are encorporating AI technology into the platform, now I can see brief summaries of my meetings, what was discussed and what I still need to follow up on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of! Gong has all the capabilites I would need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides accurate summaries of all my meetings. I love the additonal insights into tasks I need to followup on or complete.
Good tool for call analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and navigate. It's automatically turned on for my calls and I'm able to get a good analysis of calls for me and my team. I can also view calls directly integrated into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit on the pricey side from what I've been told.

Great insight into your sales tactics. Lots of interesting data.

They upsell many great features instead of providing access to the entire software.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how gong uses AI to summarize calls I used to spend so much time making notes and now that need has gone away
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to control the recording stopping and starting. Sometimes I start the meeting and the recording is already happening and then I have to stop and ask for consent before resuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is taking away my need to take notes throughout meetings and focus on the prospects I can also easily share snippets with the team!

Automated recording platform, keeps track of my calls.

Email spam after calls, often fills many additional unneeded emails.
