What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly helpful to be able to go back and analyze the huge number of calls I conduct every week. It helps to pinpoint specific moments of interest in the conversation, and I can tag my colleagues to share information or ask for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript will be a bit off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of focusing on writing down every detail of a call, I can listen more intently to my customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is helpful for more than just sales - Our CS team loves using it.

What do you like best about the product?
We use gong in three different capacities:
-Deal Dissection (Are reps logging the right activities and getting the right folks to the table)
-Call Coaching (From BDRs to AEs to Sales Managers, our team is very transparent on feedback within gong)
-Activity + Continual learning (We plug Gong recordings into our LMS, Lessonly to create an all encompassing approach to ramping and continual education for reps.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only dislike is not being able to download snippets of calls but you have to download the entire call and then cut the snippet when you re-use the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, we use gong to onboard reps, show continual improvement/constant coaching to our team and integrate this into our LMS (Lessonly), to enable our reps with only the best examples on how to present/sell/etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is an easy way to not only dissect deals for your closers but also hone in one BDRs cold calling activity. I spent nearly 2 hours a day in Gong gleaming insights from activity, talk tracks and easy coaching opportunities. I HIGHLY recommend gong to any other Sales Ops or Sales Enablement colleague.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - super user friendly platform. Allows me to comment on reps calls for coaching and they can tag me when they need help with certain situations. Can also set up trackers/triggers for certain words/phrases that we're trying to promote or move away from. Also really like how I can listen to calls in half the time by speeding up the audio to 1.5-2x.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript isn't always correct and sometimes the prospect's phone number will become invisible (this always used to be available and was an awesome way to get direct lines from prospects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to be way more efficient with call reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like gong because it allows me to go back and listen to my calls. I am able to hear what went well and what did not go well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how gong records my calls even if I don't get through to the person I want to talk to. I wish it could distinguish between a gatekeeper and the decision maker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to hear what I said that the prospect did not like. I can then come up with better ways to get that point across.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls that I can not be on and provide feedback to our reps on ideas and strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it's difficult to go back to a specific point in the call. This is a very minor dislike, but I had to say something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More effective coaching and training for our reps. We are able to correct mis-steps in sales process and improve as a team. It is also very valuable to revisit what prospects are saying to gain a more accurate understanding of the outcome of a call. This helps us develop a more focused strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is an Excellent Sales Tool. It is invaluable to help any individual or sales team improve in their craft.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly gong records and TRANSCRIBES calls

There have been calls that I missed certain details, and instead of wasting time re-listening to the entire call, I can just reference the transcription or view the time stamps generated

transcriptions of people that have accents are pretty bad, and not always reliable

Gong is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Gong for about a year now and it's such an intuitive platform to track your sales calls, locate key words, measure talk ratios between you and your client to showcase active listening skills. By far, Gong is a huge asset to my continual improvement as a sales professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. I really only have good things to say about it. There's always something that can be improved upon but I'm really scratching my head here to give an example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say the biggest hurdle that Gong is helping me with is implementing more balance in talk ratios. I talk a lot and it's enabled me to give my prospects more opportunities to share greater detail and information about the challenges that they are facing. This allows me to tailor the conversation with their priorities in mind and leads to a much more productive conversation.

Gong is the digital call reviewing tool I've been praying for!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature in Gong that breaks down the call into categories. You can see exactly where certain topics are discussed and for how long. It shows the breakdown of talk time between each person on the call. It even provides you with an in-call transcript which I find has been consistently very accurate. You can navigate to any portion of the call based on topic or time. The sound quality is phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. If I had one critique it would be that the transcripts could use another voice training recognition update. It's accurate about 7-8 out 10 times but I think the heavy southern & mid-western accents of some of our members are the issue. So maybe do more voice/word recognition with those types of accents to improve the in-call transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Member engagement is critical to our company operations and revenue. Using Gong has given us a seamless way to interpret call analytics and see where and how we engage members and then pinpoint what helps our associates be successful during member engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that gong not only records calls, but also provides descriptive, fast, insightful analytics that allow immediate improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly reference and listen (or read in the transcription) key sections of a call is genuine game changer changer that has raised my efficiency and helped me immensely with my follow up preparation. Also powerful are the Points of Interest that help me analyze and plan for next steps. Finally, the ease with which you share calls with colleagues, prospects, and clients with minimal clicks is a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of secondary features shown to me during the demo but it is not obvious how access these. More guidance on the dashboard as to where to go and how to take advantage of the additional features would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the time required to find and pull critical information from calls.

Thanks to Gong, I've regained time that otherwise would be spent combing through calls and become aware of areas where I can improve,
