Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to go back and review my calls has truly helped my sales process. Gong allows my manager to listen into my call and provide great feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts are not always the best but it's manageable to get through. I don't always have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of not knowing where you can improve. The ability to go back on a call allows me to pinpoint where I can improve. Also, being able to listen in on my colleague's calls helps me learn from their mistakes and successes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Regardless if you're on the Sales side or customer success side. Gong helps companies improve their calls and pinpoint where they are going wrong.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of being able to search within calls using specific keywords or phrases. This really makes listening to calls a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like about the software yet. Overall, the software has worked great for what I use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me listen to sales calls to verify what we are telling clients. I'm able to find conversations effortlessly to make sure we are not only offering our service in the right way, but verifying that the client is always taken care of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Gong for tracking calls in your company. It really works great and ties very well w/ our salesforce software.
Extremely helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a huge help. I love the fact that I can go back and listen to my calls once they're over. Gong has helped me dissect each one of my calls: talk time, listening to talk ratio, topics of discussion etc.. I relate Gong to "Game Film". Gong is how I study and get better.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, haven't ran into any issues

Great sales tool, If you want your team to breakdown and study their conversations this is the tool for you.
Easy to Use and Accurate Statistics
What do you like best about the product?
the Interface is very easy to request feedback from management. You can create tags at a specific point in a call for management to review which creates an email notification for them to quickly interface with and provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would chage to this point, is the ability to set my own real-time notifications. I know our management team has this but i would like training to see how i can do this on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to track how much of the conversation is being filled by the customers engagement. This allows me to adjust my talk tracks and ensure i am engaging the person on the other end with questions. this tool also becomes very helpful for on-boarding Account Managers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a real-time way to self coach or elicit feedback from management, this is the tool for you. Also provides accurate tracking on conversation behavior.
Great Training Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to access all the calls from my team in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the restrictions on which calls can record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been an essential tool in accelerating my training and allowing me to be better at my job.

Sales Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
It's like my personal note taker! Its a great way to quickly remember small details or be able to be present in the call and not worried about taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it all. I think its a great product and excited to be using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having lots of calls I sometimes take bad notes or dont record things well. Its a great way to know what happened in a meeting in a quick snapshot!

Stop thinking about it and get Gong implemented asap :)

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about gong is the ability to provide a sense of self awareness and also to receive critical feedback from leaders and peers to build your sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not track metrics perfectly but it is rare

Business problems you are able to solve is really being able to build a consistent, well oiled sales process. you can take the best of what your peers are doing and thrive in the process

Can’t believe how great it is!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can get tips after a call to see how I did. I know I have a tendency to interrupt or not give people enough time to finish speaking, and Gong quantifies that for me so I can track my progress! I also love that I can search for keywords that happened in any call. It’s really saved me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing really. It takes a little while to log in because it’s through sales force?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my clients brought up a language issue, and it caught us totally off guard. With Gong, I was able to search through all the calls we’ve ever had with them, including sales calls, for mentions of that language. This way, I knew exactly what expectations we had set up for them, even though there were many conversations over many months that I wasn’t a part of. This made me able to look after my customer better and manage expectations for my company more effectively!
Great for peer review!
What do you like best about the product?
When you have those busy days with back to back prospect/client meetings, it's fantastic to have Gong to review the calls and recall what you may have promised as a follow up. This has helped me many a time. Also, my team and I are enjoying it for training purposes and peer review - something we do consistently with each other to give feedback on our meetings, demos, and closing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is still evolving (exciting!) so I find that it doesn't track all the 'points of interests' / topics throughout the conversation YET. It narrowly pinpoints them, but I still find myself searching throughout the conversation for actionable items. I have already noticed a difference, however, in the past few months of using Gong that there have been significant improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep everyone on the team absolutely accountable. Accountable to themselves to track notes and action items properly, accountable to their team so we can all learn and grow from and with each other, and accountable to the organization to make sure that we're having the best possible conversations and demos that are creating long term success with and for our clients.

It truly is a fantastic tool. An investment that pays dividends in the long run. Working in a tech company myself, I highly recommend this intelligent and intuitive tool.
Amazing Technology!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go in and listen to past customer calls. When I'm back to back on meetings it's hard to log everything in Salesforce right away, being able to go into Gong and make sure I have everything is really helpful. It's very easy to use and the analytics are really interesting!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Gong for almost 2 years and really do like it. But the one thing I hear from teammates is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming. They have said they aren't always quite sure what else to review or how to best utilize the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate and up to dates notes in Salesforce, customer accounts change so it's nice for the new rep to see clear notes.
