great tool with amazing features

ease of use and breadth of metrics are very detailed and useful to develop

It helps record calls without any effort, focusing on delivering value to my member.

Terrific tool to review calls and keep track of promises!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool helps me review the conversations that I have had with a client and make sure I am delivering on all that we talked about and that I have promised. This is a great tool to help build trust with a client and provides a good way to get feedback from managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcription is not the best and can be confusing in general. If this was improved, the feature could be killer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback from managers on calls is great. It provides a lot of features to communicate about calls and learn from others on how to tackle objections or technical questions.

If you need a feedback loop for calls and the sales/support process, this is a great tool for you.

Gong allows me to play back my calls strategically in order to prepare for meetings and get better on my pitch.

nothing stands out as a big negative! Management can spy i guess...but that shouldn't matter if you're doing your job correctly!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tools seamlessly integrate with my conference call tech - Google Calendar & Zoom. After a call is recorded, an email is sent to me with all action items I promised, making follow up emails a total breeze. All of this functionality is available without even signing into their back end. When you do sign in, there's a full account history of every email and call you've made. This makes handing off accounts in a CS team a breeze. Further, you get analytics and insights on your calls regarding content, action items, words used. They'll give you tips to help increase your effectiveness such as talk less, pause for longer etc. Literally the best piece of software to add to any customer facing teams tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike the software, I really struggle to find any quibbles. The only thing I could say is the tools is built primarily for sales teams - but they're not selling it otherwise so I can't complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our team to record calls without effort and make them very searchable. Other tools in the industry require that you listen to the whole call, but you can really easily search for keywords etc. The other big benefit is the coaching tools included in the product around industry best practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you take the time to utilise all of their feature set. Their company blog has hundreds of really valuable articles that have improved my skills at selling.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong sends breakdowns of sales calls with tips on how to improve. All calls are also stored on Gong, so you can go back and listen to your calls and coworkers' calls. This is helpful to brush up on skills and help new joiners get up to speed

Not much really! Gong has a good product and they keep innovating their offerings

Sales call analytics and storing calls in one place. Makes it easier to keep track of good and bad calls, and get new joiners trained up when they join

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to listen and watch the presentation from a call. I can go back an pick up on things that were said I may have missed. I don't have to take as many notes which allows me to focus more on the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything I dislike at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning much quicker from my own calls and calls my peers are on. I am able to gain access to the types of questions customers ask without even being on the call. This saves me time. I can listen to the call I want in the car driving to or from work.

It auto-records and transcribes my calls. this allows me to focus on the conversion instead of splitting my attention between in-depth notes and speaking to prospects/customers.

it takes a while to get used to and learn how to make the most of it, but this applies to every game-changing SaaS product
