Gong.io is hands-down the best tool for this purpose on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The text analytics, along with the visual display of the conversation, make this tool so amazingly simple, yet powerful to use. I also love that I can share just snippets of the calls with coworkers/clients instead of making them scrub through the call to find the relevant information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something to improve. This platform is so much better than anything else I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording, webinar and screenshare recording, coaching, reference, quick search for specific conversations to review, quickly share best practices and strong calls with coworkers to learn from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. There's nothing better out there.
A comfort blanket, a learning tool and a time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can listen to hundreds of sales calls company wide and learn how my colleagues handle different objections quickly and easily. I sell internationally so have many conversations with many people who’s first language is not English... it allows me to listen more closely and focus less on note taking, so I give my clients a better experience. It also saves me time in Note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is literally not one thing I dislike about Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time, increases learning capabilities

Don’t waste time pondering your decision
Gong is the best for improving your call quality
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong makes it super easy to dive deeper into your calls by providing in-depth analysis with suggestions for improvement. The more I learn about Gong, the cooler I think the company is!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the action items in the call email summary aren't entirely accurate, but it's really not a big deal...this was me racking my brain for something to "dislike" :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call analysis, improving call quality, sharing product demo recordings
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to improve your sales calls, definitely give Gong a try!
Great platform to learn from
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to analyze each sales call I make has helped me continue to grow as a sales professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any issues with the platform so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to listen to my own calls on my own and also with my directors. This has helped me fine tune my sales process and learn from each call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Continue to provide the articles and posts, these have been a huge help for me as a sales professional!
Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Good overall tool for going over your calls. Simple and intuitive. My absolute favorite feature is how it transcribes the calls into a document, almost like a play script, with a table of contents. It is very helpful for going back and augmenting any notes you jotted down during the call. Organizes even long calls into approachable segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcribe function does get fooled rather often. Usually it is simple to utilize context clues to decipher the actual words that were spoken, but not always. Could improve that transcribing AI.
Also, the trigger words are more often than not inaccurate - trigger words where Gong says "this is the closing part of the call" or "pricing part of the call". Not a huge deal, but another area they could improve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good tool to self evaluate your sales calls and improve your verbiage, presence, and objection handling. It has been invaluable for going over my notes after a call to get additional info or augment what I had written down.
Great tool for a sales leader. have used many tools, this is by far the most intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
the analytics tools are spectacular. being able to drill down to specific characteristics of a call like patience, and talk %'s provides a fantastic coaching opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's almost too much, but with time I think i'll be able to drill down to the most effective parts of the tool to get the best, most efficient outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
simple coaching opportunities. working on gaining access talk tracks and small tweets will have a big impact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would highly recommend checking it out. gives your leaders the tools to provide the coaching your sales people need.
Detailed and easy to understand statistics
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to look at my daily statistics and know right away what I need to improve on. My biggest issue is talking too much. I have been able to monitor my progress in real time. It is also a great way to hear how others succeed with particular details, ie: credit card, technology etc. I have learned a great deal by listening to my peers calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pretty sure there is nothing I don't like. It is one of my my most valuable tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to overcome obstacles by learning what my peers are doing when it comes to obtaining credit card numbers, describing technologies, and appointment setting skills.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to use it often and make sure to check your personal stats as well as listen to calls of team members
Awesome In-Depth Analysis and Tools to Improve Sales Skills
What do you like best about the product?
I love the word tags to identify different conversation topics during the call. It's very helpful to breakdown my sales flow. I can find calls of other sales colleagues to learn from them and improve my own sales skills. I can send calls to my supervisors for analysis and improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ambiguity of some of the call titles sometimes makes it difficult to find the correct calls I'm looking for. I find it tedious to search for calls I made a month ago because the titles are different at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see when I talk too much and not ask enough questions. I am improving my ability to build rapport with prospects and be more successful with my position.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend it for any job constantly using phones to communicate with customers, prospects, business partners, etc. It's extremely functional and will improve any part of your business's operations.
Ring the Gong
What do you like best about the product?
From a sales enablement perspective, Gong is probably one of the most important tools I use. The ability to record, review calls, and get feedback are key in making me a better Rep.
Love the ability to share recorded calls with clients - and particularly the fact that I get a notification when those clients view the recording - it's super useful for follow-up and measuring engagement. (you'd be surprised the clients who end up going back through meetings -sometimes it's never who you'd expect from that first call)
I'll even go back to listen to the end of calls with my clients before a second meeting to make it easier to pick back up right where we left off our last conversation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike - perhaps some more in depth explanations of the analytics, and why they recommend certain best practices would be fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a ton. We're recording calls to share with for clients and doing internal coaching. We have a very complex product and our new hires listed to piles of recordings to get up to speed, learn the product and deal with all the different objections we handle. The ability to parse out different types of demos with different types of clients and save in different folders really helps. We're even recording and saving great demos for investors to listen to!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used competitor's tools before and Gong easily measures up.
Love Gong, best call recorder
What do you like best about the product?
It's able to not only record my calls but analyze them by stage (objections, next steps, etc.) as well as transcribe them. We've used this tool internally across different departments to make data driven decisions across engineering and product, sales and post sales, as well as customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the transcribing is totally inaccurate - picture every 10/11th word being misinterpreted. You can pretty much get the gist of the conversation but, certain words/sentences just don't make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problem being solved = call records in one place to reference to during/post sales cycle
Benefits = ease of seeing transcripts, recordings of calls in one place. Being able to analyze calls as an individual as well as with the team for sales coaching.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's expensive, but worth it if you're looking for a tool to transcribe analyze/record your calls! I've also found this product to be useful for marketing, operations, engineering departments to really hear what customer feedback is and how it impacts what we're building. You can create certain tags that can be recognized by other teams/folks like "pricing" or "workflow" which is extremely beneficial for the feedback loop and impacts how teams build/evolve.
