Gong provides insight into customer interaction like no other product

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search, by key word, across every engagement is incredibly powerful. I also love the ability to download and listen to calls while driving, maximizing my time and ability to digest the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike about Gong as a product.. my biggest complaint is that we haven't converted every team to using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows us to dig into specific topics of interest across a broad spectrum of calls providing us with valuable customer insights. It offers the ability to test key messaging, understand more detail about the customer or user journey, identify key pain points or delighters, and discover competitive insights that would otherwise be hidden within inaccessible call notes or logs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have the ability to search for key words throughout your call records, you need Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
I can go back to watch my video calls if I missed a data point. No more scratching my head wondering rats what did my prospect say about that. My manager can also see my calls and provide feedback to make sure I'm getting better and better in honing my craft. I can also watch top sales reps' calls to see what they're doing, and emulate accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes gong doesn't always connect to my zoom calls but NBD. I also wish that the tags when you're looking at your stats were a bit better.... Gong just came out with an article about how you should be talking about next steps yet that's not any of my tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training, feedback, employee engagement in sales.

I'm very thorough in all my calls and make sure I never miss anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's the best sales tool out there that provides a ton of visibility. They have great blog articles too for your sales reps.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can re-listen to calls to refresh my memory of conversations with clients! This has been extremely helpful when moving into my follow up calls. This helps me strengthen my relationship with clients so they understand that I care about helping them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Gong. It has been a great tool for me to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to recall conversations and decipher notes taken quickly has been replaced by reviewing my calls on Gong. I am also able to share my calls with my supervisor to help coach me through difficult calls so I can understand if there is a better way to handle a phone call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong has been a tremendous tool to help me with refreshing my memory with client conversations to ensure I did not miss anything and that I am effective and efficient in my role.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the accuracy and speed of the transcriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stats page is a bit clunky- I wish I was able to sort more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to coach each individual team member in a much more focused way. Helped decrease ramp for new hires

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick out one benefit that I like best. Gong has been an amazing solution for our company and has made an impact across all departments—sales, CS, product. If I had to choose one thing I like best I would say it is the built-in coaching. Our reps are able to track their talk time and interactivity level throughout their calls. This feature has changed the behavior of our reps and our consultation calls are now conversations vs. presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. We were one of the early adopters of Gong and there were lots of gaps in the beginning—but that's expected for any new product. Their product team is amazing and I'm blown away with the speed at which they push out new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales manager the ability to know, on demand, what is happening in sales calls is the greatest value to me. A rep can request feedback on an entire call or just one segment and I'm able to listen and provide feedback in the form of timestamped comments. Our reps are improving faster and are more interested in improving their skills because of Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to give feedback and coaching time stamped at the specific points of emphasis in the calls as well as the ability to speed up the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't hate anything about it, i wish we had more knowledge of capabilities now that we have been using for last 6 months, as I know I can use it more efficiently. Otherwise no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are coaching more efficiently which speeds up learning curve time and ability to coach. Previously we wasted a ton of time doing seat rides and during the alotted time we didn't get to hear a good call to provide feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I can ask colleagues for feedback to get better and I can listen to past calls to always be on point from meeting to meeting or in my follow up.

I cant think of anything I dont like about Gong. It's awesome and makes me and my company better.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back and quickly find segments of calls that i could not remember
What do you dislike about the product?
Back to back calls do not have a solve -- i have to manually open and close my webex to allow Gong to capture the saecond conversation

Reviewing calls helps me keep organizewd when maintaining large amounts of pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Great recording history, easy to add onto and bridge Gong into existing tools. Our 50+ Person Sales Team continually uses this tool to recap calls, review, take notes, and better our messaging. From an SDR standpoint, we've been sharing our recorded gong calls with the field to collaborate on messaging and find areas where there may be opportunities to enhance talk tracks. Gong Team also has some incredible statistics shared on their blog which I often read (and would suggest any Sales Team do the same)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls do not record, which is rough once you get used to how important some of these recordings are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhanced Talk Tracks, Sales Messaging, Aligning Field and SDR Team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this tool to any and every Sales organization. They share some incredible statistic in their blog about call data, and it's exciting to implement an A/B Test those points in calls. As useful as this tool is, it's great to be able to go back and count how many times you said "um" or what percentage of the conversation was made of you or the prospect speaking.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to go back and listen to the calls that I make, as well as being able to review good or bad calls with my manager. It is an excellent coaching opportunity and a great concept.I also like the fact that if I forget a specific detail from a call, I can go back and refresh my memory as to what happened during the conversation in question.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Gong. Perhaps the fact that not all calls are recorded however we cannot really work around the law dictating which states allow recording vs. those that do not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making self-improvement in selling my business is probably the biggest problem I see being solved by this. Those who are not the best on the phone can listen to themselves and evaluate what areas need improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have any recommendation other than to simply use it, It is a great tool that can be leveraged in sales and anything in which you may need to re-listen to a call that you have made. In my role, I use it almost every day to listen to my own calls or to send them to my manager to listen to & request feedback from them.
