I like the fact that you can pretty much do anything with reviewing calls.. speed it up slow it down, and I
really like the call intelligence. It's extremely helpful and makes call reviews with my boss a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it enables me to cut the learning curve. I can listen to calls from the top sellers in my company & I can take what I like from their calls to implement on my own. Ultimately it saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is lackluster. Gong would be great if it was more enabled on the application but it is what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving selling problems. I can effectively and efficiently perfect my craft by listenting to other top performers in my company. I'm a big believer in "hacking" & Gong enables me to do so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a podcast where you bring on top sales execs &/or include calls from other companies that resulted in huge sales & break them down.
Easy to use, actionable information has helped me since day 1 of using Gong.
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick to use, I can use it on my phone to review info on the go when I have the time to do so. The ease of use is by far the best part of this product. It's not simply a call recording software, the ability to key word search, request feedback, and review your own work is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing has come up yet that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminated hours of call reviews, surfacing insights in seconds to review, compare, and revise our tactics has lead to more deals closed, and strategy meetings more efficient.
Excellent for QA and training
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to search calls for specific phrases. Send me an email summary of each call with follow-up items mentioned on the call. Incredible insights into best practices in sales conversations and tracking with the development of my sales skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally mishears words, names, and phrases. That's all I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking talk time, the ratio of me talking versus others talking, follow up, training, sharing calls with executives/leaders/peers for feedback.

The ability to easily access parts of a sales call to optimize and improve where needed.

I would like to make recording demos - the visual as well - easier.

Gong has enabled me to detect issues on sales calls, and help reps improve and provide a better experience for our customers.
gong is a must have for every sales organization

I can pinpoint keywords and focus on certain topics with my manager. Also we can see how much I'm talking in the conversation, brilliant!

There's really nothing that I dislike about gong. It's so high tech and user friendly and useful in my job

the only problem is that every call doesn't end up in my gong for some reason, but the benefits outweigh any problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to see if your calls are going well, track success, filler words etc. I use it everyday to review my calls. Our team reviews all of our calls to see where we went wrong and use gong's suggestions to improve future customer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more training on how to optimize my use.

Solving how to improve talk tracks and conversation flow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to search specific terminology throughout a call. That way, you can go back, and see if you hit all necessary topics on that call, but better yet specific words or explanations that you DID not say, you can do on the next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing that I do not particularly like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the sales industry, every call can run differently. Being able to look back, easily rewind or fast forward to show others how your call has gone, and even better, listen to other representatives calls. It's helpful to see what you personally need assistance or help on. It's all a learning experience.

Definitely learn all the features so that they can be readily used!
