Great tool to discover how much of a talker you are!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. Access to your whole team recordings and very intuitive filters that connect to Salesforce. Very easy to follow the best call strategies

Haven't found anything negative yet, so far only great experience

What do you like best about the product?
Cool UI (especially after the last upgrade a few months ago), cloud-based, great value.
Fun, simple and easy to use.
Push approach (with all the email notifications - before a call, after a call).
The search page is awesome as well.
I like the fact that I have a library with both all of my previous calls and the entire company calls.
This is a cool tool for onboarding new employees - once they need learn and listen to meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would have better search features cross meetings/recordings (cross-company).
Add Tag options.
Maybe improve the Library page (with topics, subjects). To mark OFFICIAL BEST meetings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my case, I use Gong as an online library. Just to listen to my previous calls in order to send summaries after the calls.
In addition, in case we have handovers between accounts - I use to listen to the most important sales meeting.

As a new user, it's not obvious to me when are meetings recorded, and when are they not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If missed out on taking minutes of the meeting, Gong is a great way to keep track.

What do you like best about the product?
I can provide my reps with feedback on calls without having to join them in the moment. I listen to their calls on my commute and during off-peak hours. It's also been a huge help for on boarding new reps!

I would like them to have an app. It's also not the best for picking up multiple voices on the same call

Integration with going to meeting, Automatic logging of all calls and making it available to everyone in the organisation

The UI is very clunky and filters are in appropriate

Our offices are in CA, Mo and India in 3 different time zones, thus it's not always easy for everyone to be in the meeting. We use the gong to record the meetings and then everyone can view the recording later
Awesome tool for your toolbox
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Gong will analyze my calls and tracks filler words, how long we've discussed pricing, how much the client talks v. how much I talk. It's a great coaching tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any caveats yet! I have had one or two calls not recorded, but believe this was an error on our end and not Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in SaaS sales and conversations can be somewhat transactional. I've realized that I talk more than the customer and this has really helped me improve the structure of my calls!

Get on board with this tool now - it's a great resource to start ramping up your sales coaching efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of being able to review a call when I missed some pieces of information. It's also nice to have access to other colleagues' calls so I can learn from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that my recurring calendar invites do not have a Gong recording included by default. It's just an extra step for the workaround but would be nice to not think about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CSM team is moving at a rapid pace. We need Gong for training purposes, and also for capturing as much data as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to listen when I can fit it in my schedule, speed up the playback and mark sections for discussion.

Nothing so far. But would like a translation option on the transcript when I have clients in other countries.

I used Gong to review sales calls for all of Act-On Software's sales people. They tracked a 28% increase in average contract value in less than three months. I focused on coaching their application of problem diagnosis, linking to current business issues, sizing the impact of making a decision, and accessing more powerful stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool, but you have to think about your coaching strategy. First, most managers won't/can't find the time to listen to a sales call, then find time to debrief. An outside consultant may provide more consistent application. Second, coach to a framework. General coaching is ok, but focusing on five or six skills needed to apply a sales framework makes is more approachable and digestible for the sales people

What do you like best about the product?
A few things that stand out, Gong is way ahead of any other call tracking software I have used:
Being able to see a list of all the questions asked on a call.
Seeing the % one user talked vs the other.
Keyword searching topics in the call.
Competitive keywords and highlighted keyword tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could search who was on a call by who was on the original calendar invite as sometimes users share a pc.
I'd like the player timeline to have a screenshot of every-time the slide changed on presentation style calls, that way I could sort messaging by the slide deck itself instead of jumping around.

It's great to find the technical questions customers are asking to inform our operations team, its a great tool to search keywords and understand things like our prospects frustrations with other platforms, or specific use cases.
