Easy to use

Super easy to set up, I never have to think about did it record. Love it

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search by keyword and what was said on the call. I often set next steps or say "i'll send you XYZ"... then I forget exactly what our timing our next steps were.
I often reference Gong recordings to make sure I didn't miss something important when I'm following up on a deal. As a salesperson, this makes it easy for me to remind a prospect of what they said on our previous call, related to their goals/challenges etc.

It takes a little bit of time to join a last minute call and can miss the first minute our so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing next steps on all ongoing sales conversations
Better organization, I have my shi* together and don't "forget" anything that was said on a call.
Improved my ability to cut out filler phrases, generally improved my calls by looking at how much I talk and the most common things I say.

Go look at how much time you talk versus the customer, prospect, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all upcoming sales calls, join current calls, or review past calls. The ability to segment calls by sales stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, I'm still blown away by this tool. I am looking forward to more for features as this platform develops. For example, I'd like to be able to create a personal playlist of calls or "star" my favorite calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In product marketing, it's crucial to interact with the market as much as possible. In B2B product marketing, sales and sales calls are my connection with the market. I use to send out weekly emails asking sales reps to add me to their discovery calls. Then I discovered Gong.
I can log into Gong, see all calls happening on the sales floor that day, sign up for upcoming calls, listen in live to calls, or play back past calls. Now, I listen to sales call all day to hear what customers are asking for and how they're responding to our message.
Gong is building in a lot of cool AI into their platform. For example, the product analyzes the calls and can tell if you're talking about competitors, messaging, or business value. The platform looks very promising.

Easy, efficient demonstration of our product across an entire organization at once. Huge time-saving benefits by being able to share link to demo session.

Being able to connect a live demo, to transcripts, to call recordings.

It's easy to forget that it exists. Sometimes technical or legal reasons prevent the call from taking place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changes the coaching dynamic between what a sales manager by replacing what they think they know about a call or a rep with what actually happened.

What I love about Gong is that it makes it so easy for me to review my sales calls both from a coaching perspective as well as reviewing a previous call to take notes.

There isn't really anything I dislike at this point.

Gong solves the problem of having to sit in on a call to listen to it.

It gets better over time as it has more calls to review with artificial intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using GONG! The platform is very clean, and offers a great UX! I will say, it is seldom that I listen to a call without using the increased speed option. 1.5x is typically the sweet spot and allows me to listen to more calls, while still getting what I need to ensure that I am pulling what I need out of the call for coaching, skills dev, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be my ignorance, but if there was a way to 'follow' specific content to receive updates, that would be great. Again, it may be a lack of experience on my end that is leading to that 'want'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GONG allows me to capture calls that I otherwise miss as a result of meetings, and provide the feedback/coaching as though I had actually been on the call.The platform is very collaborative, and I love getting email alerts for new calls for me to review/provide feedback on!

You just can't beat the UX. That is what makes the difference!
Gong - a great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong records all calls without needing to state it's needed in-advance, which makes it so incredibly easy to review calls for key moments. Both as a rep and as a lead, I find this tool incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing so far. It's a simple, easy to use tool for folks like me as a rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly curious about what was said on a call, from words to tone, and this cuts out the ambiguity.

Gong is a tremendous value to a sales staff.

Perhaps a link to Slack communication would be beneficial...For example, seeing how the communication between team members while on a call with a client, can influence the direction of the call. Providing an additional line of accountability
