What do you like best about the product?
Transcribing meetings and assessing how successful a prospect may be to close based on pain points addressed in our call is very helpful

I wish there was a way to use all the information collected to create successful scripts based on our specific customers, sales people & most common objections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going helps with note taking, projections and forecasting, everything to do with deciphering the info in your CRM. It pairs well with Salesforce to really understand the process of your prospects and customers before during and after the sale.

Gong is very insightful and makes analyzing call easy.

Gong content that is availbale for download is great but too often "repulished".

An incredibly helpful tool that works almost seamlessly!
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use due to the plugin with our systems, and so you barely even notice that it is working in the background. It allows conversations and calls to flow so much more, as you know that everything is being recorded.
The transcripts are processed pretty quickly, and the email link you receive post-call is amazing - you are given a list of follow up tasks, and even given tips on how to improve.
Wherever I go in my career, I hope Gong is used.

What do you dislike about the product?
These are minor points as my overall experience with Gong is fantastic.
Sometimes the recommendations for improvement are not relevant, as context is not taken into consideration - for example a high talk ratio is a given during a demonstration or walkthrough.
There are occasional errors in the transcript but compared to other AI transcript apps I have used, Gong is one of the best I have come across.
Finally, sometimes topics are labelled incorrectly or not at all, but this is not a big issue for me.

Gong allows me to run client calls without worrying about taking notes. This means I can concentrate fully on the client and I can think more critically and be more involved in the call, getting more high quality insights and having more detailed conversations.

User interface could be slightly better, but they are constantly improving.

transcribing meetings, sharing recorded meetings, sharing a demo so customer can distribute internally, action items.

The ability to look back on my customer calls to recall what follow-up action items I said I would look into for them; Gong's "assist" feature is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many I can think of! One thing that could improve Gong even more would be the ability to slow down call recordings. In the same way we can speed up and listen at 1.25X or 1.50X speed, etc., it would be equally beneficial in some instances to slow the call down to 0.80x speed, 0.60x speed, etc. Thank you.

- Catching an internal meeting's recording that I wasn't able to attend live due to already having a meeting conflict

How long it takes sometimes for a call to be able to be viewed and analyzed.

Maximize gong productivity, accountability, and effectiveness
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Gong allows me to better manage phone calls - I no longer need to take extensive notes, and clear lines of communication are established between team members. Its automated email summaries of call follow-up actions ensure that the prospect has all the information needed to make a decision, while its labeling support gives us an efficient way to share calls with other sales reps or supervisors for quality review and feedback. By optimizing a key element of my job as a sales rep, Gong has enabled me to be more productive and successful in my customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Gong video playback experience incredibly frustrating due to the long buffering times. As a result, I am unable to use certain features such as pausing, rewinding, and viewing transcripts until the page has fully loaded, which takes far too long. For me, this software would not be considered complete without a solution to these loading issues.

The Gong helps me achieve a higher level of productivity, accountability and effectiveness by automatically recording important business calls for future reference. This removes distractions from conversations and allows for clear communication between myself and others involved.
