Gong is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to listen to our clients and engage vs taking down notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment is giving me trouble. Keep it up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, I can go back and make sure our team is fully informed on how the call went and make sure I didn't miss anything that our team would need.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about gong is that all of my calls automatically record and I have instant access to the recording. The recording gives me a breakdown of percentage I speak in comparison to my prospect, which makes me focus on letting my prospect talk more on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't dislike anything on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've simplified my sales stories, increased the amount of time my prospect speaks & shortened the length of my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to listen to calls from the entire sales org is invaluable. There have been more learnings using this tool than any other tool we use. The platform is also ever-evolving, they are definitely the leaders in this space.

Loss for words here....nothing? I really do like everything here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have evolved as a sales org by having the ability to analyze our calls and our colleague's calls. This gives us the ability to fine-tune our pitch, taking from others and leaving items on the table that are not useful.

Don't think about it...just do it!

It is very traditional. Looking for new role outs to come with further product updates.

Listening to calls to see what we can improve and gives everyone in the company an idea how deals/renewals are going.

nothing. I think the product is great learning tool for our employees and highly recommend to other companies

Helps Reps improve discovery calls/demo calls. Gives insight from other people in the company on how our calls go with clients/prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of recording tied to WebEx. Ease of use and the actual capabilities of the application. How it breaks up the calls, gives you keywords and fillers and allows management to input feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think of something bad here as it helps in my development.

Peer to peer review. Management review. Re listen to sales conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Gong is that it allows us to see in real time how our people are improving call performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike the application. I am looking forward to having more teams on the platform.

Gong helps us to coach and develop our sales teams to close more demos. We use it as one of our most powerful coaching tools.

Being able to share a call with my Sales Engineer or Customer Support reps to prep them for a next call.

I really don't dislike anything yet. I have used this at both companies I have worked for.

1. Helps me be a better rep, you learn best by listening to yourself

Absolutely amazing and always improving
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy for our sales team to capture the most important interactions with customers. Person to person calls often move deals more than any email chain would but can be tough to document. Gong does all the work for us
What do you dislike about the product?
The video quality can at times be grainy when saved but even this has improved in the past month or so

Capture conversations with customers as well as analyzing what makes a successful call

Being able to capture the convseration piece at a time and review it.

Nothing yet. I have had little time to utilize everything.

Fine tuning my sales skills and handling new questions that pose a challenge to what we do. Sharing the calls with others to critique is very helpful.
