What else could there be?
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful as an AE to listen to my own calls, receive feedback, and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but apparently I'm going to need to write more here to sounds less biased. If I could change one thing, I'd prefer less emails from Gong and a shift to Chrome push notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides transparency and coaching opportunities in a seamless manner. Being able to look at my own sales presentations with the material on screen is important.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to go back and listen to my calls with clients. It helps me pick up on things I may have missed while engaged in a conversation. The ability to linked directly with salesforce, and have a SSO with Okta, etc. is an amazing feature, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing that I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with customer insights, understanding their true need for my product. Also, the ability to share a call with other members of an organization that might not have been able to attend the original call, is a super huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Going back to find out what the customer may have mentioned during our last call that I can leverage during the next. We have 4-5 calls a day so it's easy to mix things up and Gong helps with that.

The categories for the conversations are often incorrect.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, does what it's meant to, and love the feature where you can add comments or request for feedback at certain points on the call.

Nothing I can think of, we just started using Gong and I don't have any complaints so far.

Being able to listen back on conversations on things I may have missed from prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what talking points were touched on and when they were touched on in the call

Sometimes the calls cut out or connection goes a little dark in parts of the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see which calls work with the amount of talking time distributed between the two parties.

Great tool that can be utilized for everything in a sales call.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search calls for any word spoken in addition to being able to make notes anywhere along the call. Makes feedback a lot easier. I also like that you can search by any information in Salesforce (i.e. lead name, phone number, firm name, etc)

The emails I receive for every single call I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to provide feedback and learn from mistakes to make future calls and sales better.

I highly recommend it for coaching purposes and even to review your own calls/demos.

Nothing to dislike. The product works very well

The training capabilities and allowing different trainees to be flexible in the times that they train or shadow calls

The product is excellent for learning by osmosis through Gong
Overall really helpful tool. Templates save my life
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences and templates save my life. I like having all the tasks centralized in one location for me to complete it on a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as noticeable for notifications of opened emails and upcoming tasks. I don't always use the integration into outlook because of UIUX

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search by content + call titles makes it a very effective tool to learn and review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had enough use of the platform to have a negative experience yet, I have had some minor buffering issues where audio would cut out while it still showed the call playing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting new co-workers up to speed on recorded calls relevant to their specific role. It's a great resource for us to see what we can do better on calls.
Couldn't imagine doing my job without Gong

It just works. Easy to use, search functionality, ease to share.

No mobile app, but coming apparently. This will be great for commuters

You always miss things on calls. Gong allows me to go back and refresh what happened on the last call before I start the next. Prospects feel that you are on top of the sales cycle when you remember things. Gong allows me to do that.
