Gong has been a great way for me to evaluate my performance on customer calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong provides me interesting analytics like talk time ratio and pause length. I also like that it's tracking how many meetings I'm taking, and how interactive those meetings are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automated summary after a call gave me easy access to all the analytics for the call, instead of one highlighted analytic

It's providing an evaluation tool for customer success calls

What do you like best about the product?
As a team lead, one of my main responsibilities is to provide feedback to our team members. Gong gives me the tools to be able to watch, review calls (timely too with speed functions), and provide the feedback I want by creating custom scorecards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search functionality is a bit clunky. I wish there was a better organization for calls vs. demos vs. other activities. However, this is a minor gripe as it doesn't get in the way of being able to use it productively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is giving me the ability to provide consistent and focused feedback to all of our team members. It also has great AI that can pick up lots of valuable phrases and actions during the call to be able to jump to key points without having to thumb through.

Gong's interface (UI) is sleek. On top of that, it's very easy to find a topic by just searching it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I'm not sure if it's the company that I work on or the tool. The fact is, I don't receive as many feedbacks as I wanted to.

you can request feedback for your calls directly on the platform, by sending the call directly to a quality analist or a TL

the translation to words sometimes is not accurate, which may difficult the job of reviewing calls

I get feedback for my calls and I get the chance of listening to them again and see the points where I can improve

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search video recording transcripts and manage calls. Can easily keep track of customer journey and share amongst the team and with customers and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at this time though it can sometimes be difficult to find the exact call if multiple accounts exist for the same client or are entered differently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates seamlessly with salesforce and makes coaching and reviewing easy. I can search keywords across multiple calls, skim calls quickly for talk points and so on.

the interface is attractive and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's a lot of value that I'm not getting because I haven't taken the time to discover it. I think in-app notifications and prompts would be helpful.

Gain a better understanding of the needs of clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have trackers on key words. This allows us to track calls, use it as input for training and improve customer service all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for now. It would help to have more AI inbuilt into the tool.

It helps us record calls for us to refer later in cases of any issues. It's even great to track and create 'best practices'.
Gong helps your sales team tremendously
What do you like best about the product?
Insights, ability to see the transcript of the call, allow you to reflect on your call and what could have been done better. It also importantly allows you to listen back to understand if you've missed anything from the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accuracy at times may be slightly off especially in transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning from my own calls and other colleagues who are doing well, allow you to review what the prospect said and see if you had missed anything they mentioned
I don't spend entire meeting taking notes anymore!

Being able to capture and share snippets and soundbites from client meetings both internally and externally.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ensure you set up a privacy wall/waiting room. I initially hadn't done this, and clients from my next meeting would arrive at the current one - not a good experience.

I no longer have to take notes religiously during call.
