Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoyed the interface and the integration with the other tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used it for a couple weeks and I had no complaints. The reason we ended up switching was due to pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong was great at analyzing our calls to ensure we were saying the right things and taking the time to listen to prospects. The information that Gong is able to give to organizations is extremely valuable.
Best feature is conversation visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The greatest feature is the visibility of my old calls and the ability for them to be coached. An underrated feature is that I can look up convos I wasn't a part of and be able to listen in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure about things I genuinely dislike as of now. I haven't been using the platform for very long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving the ability to have accountable and trackable conversations that allows me to focus on a prospect at the moment and not worry about jotting notes.
Great product for insights and tips to get better
What do you like best about the product?
captures my call right from zoom, analyzes my call, and provides high-level analytics behind it enabling me to review and have my manager as well review and provide feedback

I have to click around a bit to navigate but not a major deal.

Upgrade Season!
What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful in terms of tracking and recording calls, but the insights into the talk tracks, timing, tips, etc. are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really had a negative experience with anything Gong yet outside of their update that froze the site.

Gong is helping our team analyze and improve on our calls and talk tracks.
Gong Provides Everything A Salesperson Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong daily to review my calls, search for keywords, confirm who was on the call & their role, and then provide my client with a link to their demo call that they can review with people unable to make the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives to share about Gong, it meets my specific requirements and I leverage it daily to enhance the way I work with my clientele. Keep on doing what you're doing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an accurate recording of the demo call, since they're very technical and have a ton of detail along with questions/answers that are super important to both my company and our clients. I can share quickly and determine how long they have access to the recording.
Great tool to shorten your sales cycle.
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is awesome! Gong helps to focus on the conversations I have with my clients and enables me to review these meetings to really understand what has been said and think about the best ways/strategies to move our conversations forward. Therefore it helps me to close bigger deals and also faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great, but it's also a lot. There a so many features which make it hard to really understand and use everything the tool has to offer. I would recommend introducing walkthroughs in which Gong can explain how all the different features work so users can get the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for virtual meetings and enables you to focus on everything that has been said during the call and allows you to review the call when the meeting is over. This helps you to really understand the pain points of your clients. Less suited, of course, for F2F meetings and phone calls.
Really useful tool for self-development & communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. It saves me having to take notes when I'm on a call as I know I can just watch the call back at a later date & take notes then. It's also a great tool for sharing interesting questions, best practice & providing examples for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are still a bit cumbersome and the menus can be difficult to navigate. Streamlining some of these sections or making it easier to find certain pages would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helpong me to keep track of common themes that appear in my client calls and find new ways to tackle them. Whether it be objections or general queries, Gong helps me to identify where I could have tckled a situation differently.
Great Conversational Intelligence Software
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with Zoom and Salesforce, user-friendly interface, wide range of conversational features (Points of Interest,speaking/hearing time proportion, trackers...)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive, so it don't might be affordable for small companies. But, for bigger companies, it totally worths its price! Live chat support would be nice too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been a essential tool for Sales Enablement. We use that to verify the sales team fortress and points of improvement. With Gong, that's easier than just watch a raw recording, because Gong offers features that are crucial to analyze the quality of demos, such as: points of interest, trackers, linking with our Salesforce opportunities...

What do you like best about the product?
Able to go back and review calls or missed opportunities that could benefit your teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than having to advocate it to be used, there are no dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactively solving issues that arise or are mentioned before they become a "ticket" for clients.
My Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong shows me how often I am using filler words or the words/phrases I used A LOT during a call. I like that it outlines areas of opportunity in the call as well. One of my favorite things about Gong is that others on our team can leave notes at specific points in a call and I can click on a note and Gong takes me to that exact moment in the call so I can listen to it along with the note left.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had to become VERY specific in how we title calls so that we are capable of searching it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning more about what filler words or phrases I overuse. Gong also is helping me pinpoint areas during a call where there is silence. This is allowing me to understand how to use this to my benefit and when it is not beneficial.
