Gong and its importance
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the Gong tool is the transcript of the calls which helps us to go ahead and get proper insights about what the agents are doing on the call and how we can coach them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its nothing i do not like but just one thing is that if we can have an easy option like a calendar to select a particular date to go ahead and get that particular calls and that would really help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching is the main thing that Gong helps us to improve the call quality, and it gives a lot of insights which helps in improving the performance and productivity on the floor.
Gong makes it easy to review our meetings and collaborate with colleagues to perform better.

It somethings can be very difficult to search for a particular video or a collection of videos grouped by a specific topic

Gong helps our team to track all video meetings and keep them organized

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review my calls/demos. The suggestions, talk ratio and knowing where I need to make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I intensely dislike. It does the trick!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aiding to refining and perfecting my demos and making the needed adjustments. Helps with forecasting my pipeline as well.
Generally good but does have some issues with logging and connection sometimes.

I like the auto transcript part of the call and how it's logged into the system automatically

Ability to review my own calls and the possibility of reviewing other colleagues' calls to learn from each other.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reflect back on calls with clients has completely changed my experience while transitioning into my new role. I don't stress about missing information or needing to remember every little detail because I know I can refer back to my meetings later which allows me to truly be present with clients and making sure I can connect with them as we are going through the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being new to Gong, it is sometimes a little difficult to navigate through the library to find specific meetings that I need to view. I am sure after some practice that will continue to get more familiar to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to Gong relieves me of stress during calls and meetings. It has also been a great tool in learning and being able to view so many different calls and meetings that would take me months and years to be a part of in real time.

Gong offers advice to help make my calls better!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start of the call it will sometimes cut people off to let them know this call is being recorded. Maybe if it put it in the chat or said it right as they were logging on instead of right when they started talking.

Gong makes it easy to look back on my calls, and learn from them. Its also a great tool to listen to other peoples calls and learn from them

The transcripts from calls are very helpful for reviews.

Only when the system is down and I can't go back to review calls. Other than that, it is pretty good.

Fast and easy way to search and find out what customers are saying during callls
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly search for keywords and discover what customers are saying during sales or service calls. The site is organized well and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the transcription feature is still lacking. I know good, accurate transcription is difficult but I almost never look or use the transcript feature, except when searching for keywords. Once I find a section of call I think I'm interested in, I have to listen to the audio since the text is usually pretty far off. Because of this, I can't share transcripts with colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a product team working on specific problems. Being able to find customers that have mentioned experiencing these specific issues allows me to reach out directly to them in order to conduct user research and get a better handle on how we may be able to solve these issues for our customers.
Impressive software
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in the IT industry for a VERY long time, and this software and it's use of AI is very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a downside to using Gong. I'm not sure how much the licensing costs are but whatever it is our organization is getting a ton of value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a reminder after calls of what you committed to your customers. Love it!
Great for catching up on calls!
What do you like best about the product?
Having a transcipt to be able to quickly scan through calls is incredibly useful!!! It means that we don't need to sit through calls that are super long and means I save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any real downsides. I am very happy with how the product performs and it means that I can be more efficient at work. No areas where I would like to see improvements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of client calls and it can be seen as rude or distracting if you are typing while they are talking.. Gong means that you can quickly check all meeting notes.
