Great tool for coaching reps and improving performance
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to record and share constructive feedback and ideas for improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taken a bot longer than expected to get pipeline forecasting up and running
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us onboard new sales reps, get them trained and productive, and give them ongoing guidance
Very helpful for reviewing action items and sentiment of calls
What do you like best about the product?
As a CSM I am often trying to be as present as possible during client calls. Gong helps me "stay in the moment" because I know everything will be recorded and I can listen later to note any details, action items, or follow-ups I may have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to remove Gong from Zoom calls (it's very intuitive from Google Meet). I also think the transcriptions could be better (I don't always want to listen and would rather read).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above it helps me with follow-ups and action items. Also as a tool as a manager reviewing my direct reports call to offer constructive feedback on what went well and what could be improved upon.
Great for when you don't have time to join calls and more user friendly than zoom recordings!

The user interface is easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides is just not widespread usage and no collective organization method of the calls themselves.

Being able to watch sales calls if I miss them or don't have time to join (or it doesn't make sense for my function to join).
Gong helps you to check your interaction and build your relationship with a client or prospect

The post conversation stats produce a gamified effect that means I can challenge myself to do even better next time

I find that adding a meeting that I have been invited to, not arranged, to be a cumbersome process. I would like a "button" that says something like "invite gong"

Following a game plan and making sure we have consistently good conversations and continually improve
Very easy to navigate through the video and find the right place to recap

Ability to search through a transcript and jump to a place immediately. transcript separation by people

Nothing really. I like everything about Gond.

Allow finding right fragment in a video much faster instead of watching everything

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review your own call and listen to where you need improvment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't see any downside to Gong. The only problem is when the calls skip or freeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of not remembering what was discussed and being able to go back and listen to the call.

WhaI find the most helpful about Gong is the ability to not only listen back to my calls but to go back and read them as well!

Not much that I dislike about Gong in all honesty

Gong is helping me solve the issue of not being able to observe myself in the moment. Getting a birds eyeview of conversations is super helpful
Excellent tool for customer follow up.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple and mostly accurate to search video transcripts for topics I covered with a customer. I like that it is easy to send a customer a follow-up link instead of a large video file.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes an extra task when I have to extend the time on a video for a customer to access. Sometimes customers want to download training videos for their help center and they can't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping make follow-ups easier and have a point of truth for issues and improvements we addressed Live. It's helpful for me to refer back to for action items from a meeting.

The data extraction that Gong provides from the meeting recording is a boon who don't want to go through all video recordings and listen to some parts where a particular meeting attendy spoke.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is a tool that is all I need as of now. The product is well thought out and built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked in a Support Role for my Company, Whenever my colleague attends meetings on my behalf of me. I take the verbal summary of the call from him and listen to the part which is necessary for me.
