It is so easy to use and navigate through calls

What do you like best about the product?
I like when rewatching calls how it breaks apart the different participants contributions to the meeting for me to go through. It makes it really easy to find what I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript is so awesome on Gong but it could be even more perfect down the road. Thank you for including that as a feature! It is one of the most useful tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it is cross team communication so I can understand what sales is doing and how they are selling the product I am building. This helps me build a better product overall

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the insightfulness, but most importantly the highlights. It is awesome that a peer/mentor/supervisor can see the highlights of the call transcribed without having to listen to the whole thing. This makes it more digestable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is necessarily a downside, but now that everything is transparent, you must bring your A-game all of the time. It is a great thing for the the business but being under the microscope all of the time is tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows us to be accountable, analyze our patterns and learn from them.

Great to turn your meetings/interview sessions into text

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong provides a way to turn audio into text so you can scan them quickly later. This is especially useful if you are recording customer calls to review and learn from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When audio is converted into text, sometimes it chooses the wrong words and reading the text makes no sense. It would be great if Gong could improve their speech-to-text conversion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to save our meetings. However, I've used it to record customer interviews, and it was an efficient way to turn interviews into scannable text to review later.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ablity to jump around in the recording by slides, this has made finding exactly what I'm looking for so so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike a lot. The only thing, which I know is difficult is increasing the accuracy of the transcription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am new to my company and it has been such a great resource for listening to calls that my peers have completed. It really helps me prep for client calls!

What do you like best about the product?
I like Gong gives sales area managers the ability to teach salespeople.
Help new sales reps develop faster.
It allows confirming marketing insights about what customers and potential customers are saying.
Paying attention during the call, listening actively, and continuing a discussion without taking notes can help you remember what a prospect said.
Gong allows me to listen to the calls to prepare for the next discovery call to learn more about the prospect and their personality.
What do you dislike about the product?
More flexibility in how the panel works is something I would like to see.
I want Gong to offer the option to include the client as the note taker when scheduling the meeting.
There is certainly room for improvement in the transcription process.
The calendar component could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is Competitive by providing access to what sellers and customers say, allowing the marketing team to discover features that potential buyers want to see and strengthening our competitive research.
To make communication easier and faster, it's easy to transfer feature requests and consumer complaints between departments.
With Gong, you can perform on any stage that requires your attention by following the representatives from anywhere and at any time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Gong is to navigate, how easy it is to receive and share feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides for the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me improve my discovery skills, my questioning, and it provides help to new hires as well as other colleagues who are willing to learn and grow.

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to find calls and recordings, and the outlay is simple, not at all complicated. You even have library to save best calls which is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now as almost everything I needed I was able to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a trainer, so I need to listen to calls and play in my training; this is helping me as all I need to put is a phrase, giving me the entire list, and my half job is done.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to recall any previous calls and the AI reminding you of tasks you mentioned during a call that you may have forgotten otherwise. I also like the team metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it can come across as big brother-ish. It can sometimes make me feel self conscious about my calls when I listen back on them, and although it is supposed to help with that, the initial use feels awkward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
forgetting tasks that I made via the call. Also tracking metrics better than anything else.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong enables me to learn from the rest of my sales team without the need to sit in awkwardly on a call. I also enjoy being able to keep track of speaking times in order to improve the flow of future meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the transcripts to be a bit more accurate. I also think that the interface could be a bit more user friendly. I feel like the space on the page could be used more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me learn from other sales people and also gives me the opportunity to review my calls and see where I can improve. It is helping me become a better sales person and learn from others.
