What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and user interface is quite good

it is little slow sometimes, and stops in between while using

Everything is perfect here it has ease as the loading time of the calls are pretty slow this is the one thing which the platform can improve

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is super dynamic, it has graphics so you can visualize speaking time per person, it automatically generates a summary of the calls and main insights, as well as an automatic transcription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I like everything, it's super complete!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listen to previous calls and meetings to contextualize ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy in summarization of the calls is the best feature. It saves a lot of time. Very easy to use and implement.

No dowwnsides, hands down one of the best platfforms ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Based on the reviewing of calls, it is very easy to summarize it and on that basis do the sales analytics and how it can benefit the revenue generation as well.
