Great tool for product managers as well as for sales

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to hear the customers and prospects firsthand without the need to be on the call and avoid additional interoperation by man in the middle
What do you dislike about the product?
Works great for my use case. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback from customers and prospects is a huge challenge for software product teams. The ability to listen, read, analyze and share important parts with other stakeholders is extremely beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I use gong to help review my sales calls, I find that it's pretty easy to use and navigate, and having the option to see zoom calls as well as phone calls is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if gong integrated more into the platforms that I use it with, specifically outreach and open phone. It's a bit clunky to shuffle back and forth between them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been especially helpful for onboarding, and I used it extensively to get my sales pitch down, which made me more productive. It has helped me increase my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many training videos that have specific purposes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how when something is posted it is not in order of relevance to me specifically right away

It is solving me having to shadow people and interrupt their days, I can just watch their gong calls insread.

Asynchronous collaboration is now much more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Having the opportunity to be able to view meetings that you did not have the opportunity to participate in, review every detail of what was discussed in that meeting, go back in time as many times as necessary and receive a summary of all the calls of the week is fantastic. I don't have to worry about receiving subjective information, I can stick directly to the facts and evidence gathered.
What do you dislike about the product?
To review calls I have to log into a particular space and that can be cumbersome, although I understand it is the only way that can happen at this time, but I really would like to be able to have a widget or an app in m computer to make it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helpful when it comes to being able to review in detail the conversations that have been had; it offers the ability to generate evidence and that is to have hard information that will allow better decisions to be made. One of the biggest advantages is that all of this is asynchronous, I can now decide which meeting to go into and which not to go into and be able to review the call afterwards. It's technically having a secretary taking minutes of every call.

What do you like best about the product?
The recording is very high quality. It is very helpful to identify at what time the customer is answering a question in order to tag someone relevant in the organization that will require to review it instead of sending them an e-mail about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for other languages like Spanish and Portuguese is still at a very early stage, but improvements are being launched. Transcripts have gotten better and this gives hope for the rest of the currently disabled features for foreign languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with note-taking and internal e-mails about the call. Missing real feedback that its not easy to find once you have had a long time between meetings. Also feedback about my work from the management levels.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been the number one most effective tool for me in my development coming into sales with zero background experience. I especially love the transcriptions as I can easily read through them to find what I'm looking for. Also, the commenting and scorecard tools make it easy to give and receive feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that sometimes my Salesforce integration seems a bit off... some calls not getting uploaded to Gong, sometimes calls are logged to the wrong person, but I think that's on the SF side moreso than Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me with my development, allows me to make sure I'm following through on next steps, and allows me the opportunity to give and receive feedback amongst my team!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very easy to navigate, even for new users! I have mentored co-workers to use gong and they've been able to pick it up in no time thanks to such a friendly user interface!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to fully transition to Gong from other platforms. Their mobile site could also use a lot of work, call coaching and analytics capabilities are unavailable in the product’s mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes sales coaching very effective and very efficient for our team. Its friendly user interface makes it easy to learn, but difficult to transition sales software into Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for customers to get recordings of their calls and search for what we talked about! On the employee side, it is AMAZING to have the ability to see keywords that were said in multiple calls to follow up on any potential issues with a customer!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, if something happens with a calendar invite you had with a customer, Gong won't save the recording and you would have to upload it manually. The issue with that is that the customer cannot search for sections of the call from their side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me remember conversations I have with customers and know which customers may be churn risks. The feature to put flags on keywords from a call to help us identify problems is so helpful!
