A must have for revenue teams

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to coach myself based on feedback related to talk ratio and patience, also the ability to review transcripts and pull direct quotes for presentations. I also love the new follow-up email generator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bi of time for the call to upload, but not a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us with sales coaching and deal updates.

- Every Quarter there is a new feature

Amazing, supremely straightforward and useful product

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is so well product-managed that it's very easy to use without referring to documentation constantly. It seems like it was designed by a group that actually uses it and gets clear business value out of it. Gong easily adds itself to meetings (most of the time - and the support team helps quickly when it doesn't work well).
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike! The few issues we've had (small data issues, integration issues, etc.) have been fixed quickly by the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Gong to solve the issue of people not being able to attend or review manually all calls they want to.

What do you like best about the product?
Can find any calls and listen to them if incase of confusion or misunderstanding

Sometimes, it is difficult to track the call.

If we talk about something and if there is miscommunication b/w seller and adv, we can go through the call to confirm the following concerns

Easy to use, provides subtitles/captions

Nothing really, everything is good, could make the option easy to navigate but that's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I forget anything that happened on the call I can listen to it again or read the captions and get everything back in place.
