Short cut to revenue-driving insights
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot integration is what I like best. Gong provides nice summaries in the contact and company timelines that help reps keep organized information in one collaborative space, and it's super helpful for sales leadership too. The new "Ask Anything" AI feature is super cool, and sales leadership is using it to quickly get answers about rep pipeline directly from the meeting content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure we could get more out of this tool because there are features we could upgrade, but I'm not going to take a demo and get entered into someone's pipeline just to get a peek and some idea of pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives visibility into the meetings we have with prospects/customers and sends succinct summaries to the CRM. It's helping us centralize intelligence in Hubspot, and offers holistic visibility for a deeper look within the platform. Intel is no longer lost when an employee leaves the company, and new hires have a huge catalog of meetings they can watch for training and to learn about their target accounts.
An excellent way to stay informed about your clients
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy to search for calls based on key words. I use that frequently to find calls related to a certain issue or feature. It helps me know what customers are talking about which helps me understand their needs. Once I find the calls I'm looking for it's really easy to quickly see a summary of the call, as well as a full transcript and audio replay of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downsides or needed improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of not having insight into what customers are dealing with. It also solves the problem of not remembering what was discussed in a call.
Gong has been a game changer!

The fact that the interface is easy to use and the data that's available from it!

I can't think of anything that I dislike.

Gong is helping our reps be more effective with followup and identifying trends.

Ability to capture voice of the customer across the entire customer journey

It would be helpful to have greater reporting capabilities in the platform / integration power between Gong and HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows visbility into how our sellers are adopting methodologies and the success they are having with custmoers, as well as hearing pains and feedback directly from the customer, whether it be in the sales process or after implementation in partner success.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm amazed by all of the features that Gong has rolled out! Leveraging AI in an easy way helps us to be more prescriptive around call analysis. Our team swears by Gong for our day-to-day operations!

At this point, nothing. We need to be more diligent about learning the features of gong!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the prompting functionality and strong Salesforce object architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
No strong dislikes. Areas for opportunity would be around doing AMA prompting across cohorts of Opportunities (ie what are pain points for sub-50k ACV deals vs 100k+ deals) and improved Salesforce reporting around Participants in SFDC.

- Sometimes there are outages but overall it's very stable

Insightful tool we can't do without
What do you like best about the product?
It has transformed and streamlined our Customer Success team: the transcripts and the ability to copy quotes with automatic links to the corresponding video timestamps are invaluable time savers. This feature ensures we capture the necessary details for Jira tickets within the CS team or for feature requests that need to go to the product group. Besides, the ability of tapping into insights at a glance (trackers) such as competition, pricing, etc, really gave us an edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, but I'd like to have the ability to interrogate the whole dataset we have now gathered and ask questions to draw insights acrosss all calls.

Growing with Gong
What do you like best about the product?
Growing a sales-based business is painful in my experience. This is even more true today, with remote and hybrid work scenarios where training and oversight of staff was simpler.
Gong is one of those rare software integrations which was as easy as Gong claimed (the same cannot be said of the telephony for us) with the timelines very quick from contract execution to training and integration.
I am a huge fan of the built-in AI and the call summaries which can be sent to meeting attendees and others to confirm what was discussed and summarize the respective follow-ups. The summary is remarkably accurate and saves substantial time recording notes and summarizing the meeting and to-dos.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter a downside or challenge with Gong, thought obtaining buy-in can be a bit of a challenge. Getting widespread adoption and utilizing the tools is perhaps the most challenging but that is all on the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Number one is training and coaching. Second is time savings. Third is a differentiator - the Gong calls which can be shared offer a level of sophistication that impresses some customers and can be a differentiator.
