Helpful insights and game tape to improve your craft
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen back to calls and pick up on things I didn't catch in the moment

Some of the integrations or people for each deal don't connect

Game tape for calls, ability to share and get feedback to improve, ability to share with customers to use for reference or if someone wasn't able to attend

What do you like best about the product?
I recently started a new role, and simply having the ability to listen in on calls made onboarding a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Notetaker' user in Zoom can be awkward at times. I wish we could eliminate it entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily record and share Zoom recordings.

What do you like best about the product?
This is my first time donning the Customer Success hat and tbh I had no clue something like Gongf existed. Suer, there are call recording features even on Zoom but a tool that offers so much insight into the conversations and features to analyze and track conversations is exemplary
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to the role and working my way around it. So far I am not sure if I have complaints about the too. Oh yeah, I think ther are times when the call is scheduled to be recorded but Gong doesn't jump in. That can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had this habit of remembering everything and not making a note of things. But being a CSM is challenging and you are often dealing with a multitude of things. And because I manage 30 accounts it is super challenging remembering details. Gong is really helpful, especially in scenarios where I don't have to remember minute details of the call. I can always revisit the recording.
Great tool for sellers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the call transcripts & Assists in Gong. Overall it's a really useful tool for me to stay on top of my deals. Transcripts help me refer back to calls to make sure I'm not missing anything, and Assists help make sure I never miss important action items/next steps. It's obviously also great to have all the teams' calls in one place so I can continue to listen to other reps and tweak my pitches/demos etc. to be a better seller.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used Gong at a few companies, but at my current company the Deals tab sync with our Salesforce set-up isn't great so it can be hard to read my pipeline in this tool. I'm not the best at using reporting so take this with a grain of salt, but I'd also love more accessible insights into my metrics on individual calls, like talk time etc. maybe in follow-up emails? This might already exist and I just don't know how to use it.

Help stay on top of pipeline/deals, review calls & learn from my teammates, and never miss important action items.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool for playing back important conversations since the software breaks down the calls to let you know key metrics you would otherwise not have. I love how past meetings are indexed by key pieces of information so searching for a specific call is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to make sure the implementation is correct so that going forward all calls are indexed properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides a great way to learn from past meetings and provides a great platform to train new hires.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that when you watch recorded meetings there are transcripts and you can see where certain people start talking. It makes it easy to navigate an old meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting set up was and still is difficult for me, but with the help of other teammates it is manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not quite sure.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick reminder of key points on call not having to worry that I missed something important. Use it with my Google Calendar and Zoom. I don't know any other tool that does this.

At the moment I have an open ticket about a really important onsite that seemed to not have recorded anything. would be good to have ability during a recording to verify its being recorded.

When on the road never having to worry about missing some key points of the meeting. also love ability to quickly scroll through sessions. We are much more collaberative

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking action items is my favourite feature. This feature keeps conversations flowing smoothly and naturally. I also love the statistics feature which has alloed me to hone my conversation skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speech to text is not perfect, but still a very useful product. I would also like to see a bit more integration with Salesforce granted I have not worked in depth on the analytics side of the platform yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to refine my presentation skills with their qantitative feedback. I am more consistent with my presentation style and duration. It has no doubt increased my work efficiency.

Using Gong is expensive, so we have to think before giving access to more team members
Watching calls from the mobile phone is really hard, I can't ever actually watch the video but rather only listen to the audio
