Easy to get started, huge time saver and great for learning and development

What do you like best about the product?
Frictionless client experience- doesn't feel intrusive that every call is being recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
haven't really found a downside other than sometimes there is hesitancy for employees to adopt it due to them feeling that it is a tool for 'micromanaging'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remote environment so very helpful for coaching team members and getting feedback on my own calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is way ahead of time, it is not only a call recording sofrware but using AI, they are a proven leaders of this industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing for now that I would rate as dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using AI tracking meeting notes, action items and identifing oppurtunities.

Gong Rocks!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the recording, transcript and ability to highlight and send snippits of important moments, with a client, to other members of my team. I'm a CSM and have sent snippits to legal, product, sales and my direct supervisor.

Feedback can be tough but it's the best way to improve quickly. I have the ability to direct my manager to a tough part of a conversation and ask for direction and guidance. It saves her time from having to listen to the entire call but if she wants to she can speed it up. It's a great asset and one that I utilize every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Gong at this time. I've used it at two different companies and it's been a great resource both times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to be fully present when I am talking to a customer. I don't have to be worried that I might miss a detail of the call whether it is with one person or a team. Being fully remote it is also a helpful tool that I use with my manager so she can hear what I'm hearing. It provides better discussions between us and it also provides feedback for the team directly from the customers mouth. It's a game-changer for remote work.

What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed me to review conversations and provides fantastic notes on the call. It has saved me so much time and is a great "memory keeper" for those of us that can't remember every detail after speaking with dozens of customers every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at this time. It does everything I need and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have a conversation with a prospect and not have to pause to take notes. If I need to send a snippet of a conversation to our solutions engineer for clarification, I can easily do so. Nothing to get lost in translation.

call reviews, spotlight info, and call recaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
the way gong reviews share of voice during the call, and offers advice as to how the speakers should have divied up time is often not an accurate interpretation of what happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
detailed follow up. Call reviews. It helps take the stress of getting every single detail right out of the equation.

The AI written email follow-up is not something I'd use as it's super long and no one will be reading that!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI-Assisted Email feature and the integration with Gainsight. This allows us to take the raw transcripts from our calls and drop them directly into the Gainsight Timeline for analysis by Gainsight's AI features. It also means that all of our customer meetings are easily searchable for key words (like competitors' names). I also love the proactive recommendations for how to improve soft skills like pausing longer before speaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using Gong. It's an essential tool for my daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is able to tell me very quickly when I met with my customers, who attended, what was discussed and for how long by each participant. This info is essential to our ability to forecast churn and identify trends, like detractors, that may represent areas that need more attention.

Nothing at all - it does for me what i need it to.

MUST HAVE tool for sales professionals!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to re-listen to my Zoom calls and observe my body language, conversation, eye contact, etc. It is such a GREAT tool to reflect on your calls and truly see where the self improvement can come from. This is a NON-NEGOTIABLE for sales teams and professionals. If you don't have Gong, I honestly don't know what you're doing LOL. Seriously though, this platform is incredible. I wish I could've had Gong when I first started my career because I think it could have helped me grow so much faster.

The newest feature that is incredibly helpful for me and is a HUGE time saver is the "Generate follow up email" option. Gong will literally summarize your entire call and list out what you and your prospects covered on the call as well as your agreed-to next steps. This saves me hours a week of having to customize a post-demo email. Instead, I copy the email from Gong, make a few minor changes, and send it to my customer. TIME SAVED = MORE MONEY MADE

The ease of implementation is also very intuitive. The Customer Support team is always ready to support our team with any questions especially since we use Gong pretty much on a daily basis, multiple times per day.

I also love how Gong integrates with Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, and Chili Piper!
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally do not dislike anything about Gong!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me target specific areas of improvement and where I should make changes based on my talk ratios, talk tracks, etc. Gong helps me realize if I'm talking too much, not waiting long enough for the prospect to speak and/or answer a question, etc. This is super helpful for me as a sales professional because these components are so important! This is very helpful because as I'm self reflecting on my calls and as my leaders are providing feedback on my calls, I can immediately pinpoint what I should focus on and take action on those matters immediately to see a change in my results & performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super user friendly. It appears easily in all of my calls, it's simple to watch and make notes. I love sending snippets to people. My team recently decided to review a few calls a week. It's so easy to use! I spend no time finding what I want- and all of my time reviewing calls and understanding where I can imrpove. Love it!

Nothing so far! I feel I've utlizied many parts of gong and not run into any issues.
