My Gong experience thus far
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Gong has been great! It gives me real time information on how my calls are being rated in real time. This allows me to better prepare if there is any opportunities to do better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I do not have any dislikes because it really helps me know how well I am assisting my families.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to record all your calls. It is super easy to review them, and their AI features are super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like some more robust notifications and customizability around what I receive and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording our calls; tracking action items and next steps after calls; tracking time on calls with customers.
Makes my job easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcript with Action items that accompany recordings!
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty to delete videos without reaching out to org. administrator, even when we upload them ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We record all client training sessions throughout their Implementation process, we are able to then use this for review (personally and for our customers).
The one tool I'm always using
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can go back and listen to the call after, so I can be fully focus on what is happening in the call and actively listening to my clients questions. I also love that I can share the recording with clients or other collegues to discuss or learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't delete calls that did not happened from my home page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If my clients have requests I can simply share the recording of the conversation and it will always be clinet voice. It also helps on negotiations to be able to go back and listen to what has been discussed in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic product, very easy to use and the support from customer success is simply awesome! (Shout out to Tim Schmidt!) I've used other products in past and Gong stands above all of them!..... I use deal boards all day everyday. Much easier to use than navigating reports/opps in SF! ..... Beyond that the call summaries make it easy to catch up on deals and identify where help/support is needed. Beyond the functionality, our CSM Tim is amazing. Super responsive and truly understands our needs. He brings insights/recommendations on how we can get even more value from the platform. Highly recommend Gong!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. Would love to see forecasting and Engage included :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to deals including what's happened, what's next and velocity of engagement. Much faster and easier to use than SF.
A vital tool in our toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
It allows our teams to review conversations from active deal cycles, go back and understand what may have gone wrong in past deal cycles, and overall see data on how reps perform on live meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything in particular that I dislike – Gong has become a vital tool in our toolkit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving the problem that occurs after a video meeting or cold call is over. If you don't feel you've taken in depth notes, you can go back and review the call itself, or even use the summaries provided by the platform.
Very accessible, easy to use & helps me improve my sales game!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Simple to review present or historic meetings to improve proposals. AI helps generate next steps after calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve the transcription - sometimes the acorrect words aren't picked up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing out key bits of information necessary to win business (e.g. painpoints, metrics etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
That me and my team get to review our calls. I also don´t have to focus on writing everything down, I just listen to my customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. It is a wonderful I hope to keep using always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to invest time in what truly matters: converting SQLs, renewing clients, and focusing on conversations.
Integral in my work day
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has become an integral part of my work. I don't know if I could function without it. It really aids in helping me draft follow up emails after check in calls with clients. It makes me look really on top of my game! I use it every single day. It's also amazing how easy it is to search your calls for key words or phrases. We also use it internally to train new members of our team. Highly highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about Gong. I wish it could take some of my client calls for me haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized with my large book of clients. I can draft follow up emails quickly from the summary gong does from each call.

Overall session recordings and that I can review my and my colleagues calls.
