Great for coaching
What do you like best about the product?
I am an IC at a saas company. Gong is great for coaching. I use it's insights to help me improve and love it for competitive intel. Also nice just having recordings of calls so I can go back and relisten allows for better client experience and moves deals quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved. The search feature seems more difficult than it should be to find a call.

Call review with transcription that can easily locate points to review in a call. Efficient and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the call spotlights and the interactivity time-line all make my life as an AE soooo much easier, and more heplful and aware for my clients. I uise it every morining to plan my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onlything I "dislike" is losing the next step items each time I update- I would like to see my "Histort" of all next steps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I am intentiuonal in my conversations, keeping me on track of communication cadence, holding less in my brain with the help of call spotlights.
A Simple, Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
When I started with my new company, this easy to use tool was offered to me to be able to study successful peers in the pursuit of their goals. It was really easy to integrate into daily use because it has an extremely simple interface and it was easy to find the information I was looking for.
I find I use it most on difficult days when I need to focus more on what I can do to find more success in my role.
I love that at any moment, I can go in and find the transcript and listen to the tone of voices at the same time to analyze what is successful and what is not in my role. I also love that I can filter the length of a call so that I can find the information that helps me most as most of our calls of a certain duration show us helpful information.
I find I use it most on difficult days when I need to focus more on what I can do to find more success in my role.

I don't really have any downsides actually. I have been able to figure out what I was having trouble with by simple troubleshooting, but I know their customer support would be extremely timely in responding to my inquiries if I had them.

Absolutely Critical Tool for Success
What do you like best about the product?
Love its ease of access. The ability to easily share calls and snippets internally or externally is such a beneficial tool in my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to sift through your entire company's data. Filtering your searches helps with this.

Passing along specific snippets of calls for follow ups.
A refresher on what ecactly was discussed in a client meeting.

The ability to see key points that were made during our call.

Sometimes when searching for a client or company name, if the spelling is not correct I may have a problem in finding the call.

With so many client meetings, it can bring me back to key points that were made.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the deal board every day. It is easy to filter and helps identify opportunities in my book of business.

I would love the ability to save filters in the deal board. That would save additional time and help easily access past searches.

It saves me time on manual sending and tracking emails. It let's me be fully attentive on calls knowing the spotlight can pick out key points and next steps.
A great way to stay involved and save time
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to stay engaged in the conversation without having to worry about missing a part to take notes. Being able to quickly review a call to help with notes and recap emails allows me to give my full attention to a conversation and saves time when I'm sending follow ups as well. I also love being able to share snippets with other team members for feedback or to ensure they up to date on the most recent conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating notes in Deals - if I'm making notes on a list of accounts, once I save an update, the list will reset and it makes it hard to stay on track wiht the accounts are moving around as I save updates.

Gong helps me stay involved in the conversation without having to worry about stopping to take notes.

What do you like best about the product?
its ability to provide deep insights into sales conversations. It uses AI to analyze calls, identify key topics, customer sentiments, and effective sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better voice recognition. Too many times the STT function doesn't properly recognize words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong analyzes sales calls to identify what strategies and approaches are most effective. This leads to more efficient and successful sales conversations, directly impacting conversion rates and revenue.
