Enhances Customer Insights with High-Quality Call Recordings

What do you like best about the product?
I like Gong because it has a good UI that's simple to navigate. The AI is effective for most tasks and saves me a lot of time. The call recording and transcripts are very high quality, which makes the platform reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI sometimes doesn’t always pull the most relevant or recent context when you ask a question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to track follow-up items, gain strong customer insights, and understand the history of my accounts.

Effortless Note-taking and Salesforce Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to make notes or worry about forgetting anything during calls, which really helps me because I'm dyslexic. It makes filling out Salesforce more easily by allowing me to just say, do my MEDDPIC, and it'll do it. The setup was pretty simple, and there was lots of help on hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle when trying to search a contact in the search feature. It just doesn't work for me very well sometimes, and it gets frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take notes during calls, so I can focus and not miss anything. I use Gong's AI to fill in Salesforce and assist with follow-up calls, improving my performance by reviewing calls and giving progress tips.

Essential Tool for B2B Sales Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong at work in B2B sales, and it helped me ramp up quicker, giving me a better understanding of what gets communicated during customer calls. It helps me prioritize who to contact by seeing when the last contact was. I like the most that it can summarize and answer questions about calls that were recorded. I also like that it automatically updates with my email messages and shows what is on our CRM as well. Additionally, Gong connects with Outlook and Salesforce, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I type in an account that has a longer name in the search, there are no results. Also, maybe there could be a full list of accounts with date and method of last contact that can be sorted or exported.(maybe this is already a feature that I just don’t know about)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helped me ramp up quicker, understand customer calls better, and prioritize contacts by seeing last interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong summarizes the health of an opportunity with a score, which helps me focus my attention better. It allows me to drill down into an opportunity to understand why a score is either lower or higher than I thought, enabling me to take appropriate steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it on my phone very often because it's simply not as easy to access the various features that I use on my desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong aggregates all my sales activity into one platform and summarizes the health of opportunities with a score, helping me focus my attention better and understand what actions to take.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s pretty accurate and reliable. I use it daily to recap calls.

When you snip a part of it, it makes for a few too many clicks

Balancing fifty plus clients is extremely difficult to recall so having Gong has been a lifesaver

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Gong for AI Ask Anything because it's such a great tool for reps to get up to speed on an account quickly and prep for future calls and meetings. The Theme Spotter is great for identifying risks in our customer base. I also like the Forecast Boards as they help us easily manage renewal forecasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more Account Level insights (Account Boards have limited functionality today). Limited data you can pull into the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps with forecasting renewals, churn analysis, and boosting rep productivity. The AI Ask Anything feature prepares reps for calls, Theme Spotter identifies customer risks, and forecast boards simplify renewal management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong is constantly innovating, and it's one of my favorite tools. I really appreciate its AI briefings and the ability to customize what those briefs look like and their timelines, which I find super useful. I also like that Gong helps me identify risks for certain accounts, which is important for managing my book of business. It allows me to see any previous risks on a new account before I became the account manager, and it helps me address those risks in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the UI UX is a bit complex for the account page and being able to clearly view those briefs. Outside of that, just minor changes to those would be super, super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to take notes during calls, manage time better, and handle multiple accounts. It provides concise summaries of call recordings and helps me action my next steps efficiently.
