What do you like best about the product?
The AI functionality is super powerful to help summarize meetings and help be more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there is so much available so a bit more resources on how to find things would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing the efficiency for me to remind myself how the previous conversation went, what we talked about, and what I should prepare before going into the following conversation with a client.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve applied gong in our organization, and I specifically love the automated functionalities that gong provides. It enables me to identify keywords in clips and conversations which makes it easier for me to follow particular trends. Gong, without fail, senses whenever it is about competitors when talking about sales conversation. Everything was clear – the pricing model, and the demo they provided was well appreciated in my decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
To our surprise it turned out that we got to full ramp up with Gong slower than expected and even after trying to use most of its features immediately straight away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us to establish where we lack in our sales conversation. Through this, I have had an upper hand in guiding my team by identifying trends and insights from the client interactions.

There is nothing in gong I dislike, its is great for quality calls and grow customer support

Quicker way to learn

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find a call using the different filters. Sometimes I'll forget the name of the person I spoke with but remember what I've said, being able to search by a certain word saves me from scrolling. It also helps with learning and growing. I am able to search by a certain word in gong which will show me the percentage of how often I use that word which helps me properly identify what adjustments I need to make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never find myself frustrated with gong. I'm able to find things easily, it's user friendly, it's easy to connect with coworkers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making training so much easier. I am able to easily find and listen to my or coworkers calls to grow as a better rep.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that even if you're just fishing for random calls you get a quick preview so you know what to expect before you play it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't really have any negative feedback on the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my last job, if you weren't in office you weren't going to be able to listen to your peers calls. Obviously Gong isn't the only software that records calls but the AI is crazy, it make it so simple to search for what type of call or demo you want to listen to

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to notetake is unparraleled. Lets sellers stay in the moment on calls with the backup of being able to transcribe, call out deliverables, and next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I wish is that it got me the recording quicker and transcribed the notes quicker as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and transcribing sales calls, giving transparency from team members into calls, and notetaking.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make public and private libraries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that the calls are not available in realtime, that can be an issue with intigration in workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to go back and through the transcript feature toeasily identify key areas that the customer is looking for. Further the features that allow for quick synopsises of the call make it easy for custoer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it takes an extra spot on the screen, it can make the meeting seem busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me mainly convert more sales

What do you like best about the product?
- Don't have to take notes or plan next steps!
- AI summaries of prior calls (helps recap content and plan for future calls)
- Insights into the way I speak (patience, interactivity) etc. I have learned a lot about myself!
- Straightforward UI and super responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There isn't a single thing I don't like. I don't know how I've lived this long without it, and if I change roles, I'll look for jobs that utilise Gong for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I'm a CSM, so it's saving me heaps of time for my day-to-day and helping me to improve my conversational skills.

Awesome system. The new AI capabilities help with daily work immensely.

Doesnt track every call but is getting better.
