What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to managed and efficient in a sales point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add since the solution are very effectivel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong help us to have a clear picture of some important data & insight regarding prospecting. Provides very efficient and easy to follow insights to improve prospecting calls.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, you can break it down to the most essential use cases so you can focus daily on your most important opportunities. Very good integration to Salesforce and Google
What do you dislike about the product?
Based in Germany the transcript is not suitable yet. Needs a lot more improvement language wise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As AE the new forecasting changed everything. But especially the coaching aspect and being able to comment and give feedback is a huge advantage especially for new joiners to get up to speed

What do you like best about the product?
- Not have to worry about taking notes
- Highlights important parts of the conversation
- Deal & follow up reminders
- Being able to share & track when client-facings recordings are accesed

- Lots of new features being added, but not enough training provided on maximizing them

Was able to quickly onboard myself by looking at recordings from my peers and suggested library

What do you like best about the product?
Actionable & easily-digestible insights into on-call sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar operates in a way that isn't intuitive to me, if I want to find a call with a certain person or company, I need to go through extra steps to get to the search view/ results list i'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us dial in multiple aspects of our Go-to-market strategy. One that stands out is gaining intelligence into how different teams are having success in revenue generation and how to replicate that success.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is incredibly helpful for recording client calls. If you don't remember what was said, you can just review it and find out. The summaries and lists of action items are incredibly useful. My favorite feature is the percentage of time for each speaker. It works seamlessly with Zoom. I use it for every client call and some internal calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing negative for me to say about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great record for conversations and action items. It's especially helpful for people to learn about an account who may not be on a call. When I inherited an account, I could review all the Gong recordings that took place so I could learn more about our clients.

Easy use, Transcript recording so valuable!

What do you like best about the product?
The transcript recording is so valuable with how we use this program. It makes it easy to find text, select it, and skip to that part of the video.
The ability to tie Gong to my calendar and invite itself as a named entity makes it so much easier just to set it and forget it. We use this program daily within our company, and it hasn't faulted in inviting itself to meetings when integrated with your calendar. Within a few minutes of your meeting ending, you have the transcript and video recording sent right to your email, and you can easily make it sharable among your entire team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The video quality is not great, audio is good. But if you need video from screen sharing, I would suggest screen recording until this improves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me keep my meetings organized. I no longer have to write down notes during the meeting, taking my focus off the client, I can go back through the provided transcript and take my notes after the meeting is finished. I think this helps me in remembering and not having to use shorthand, but it also aids in the client feeling more engaged and listened to.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to see all communications and all calls with no legwork. I use Gong to run all my pipeline meetings and it allows me to stay up to date on deals without nagging reps to log activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it doesn't work on a monday morning - possibly updates to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visiblity into deals
Difficulty coaching to specific behaviors

What do you like best about the product?
The Gong platform is intuitive to navigate which meant that we were able to benefit from it without a substantial amount of training. When you do have questions the Gong team is prompt to respond and they provide webinars and other product marketing pieces that build even more value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of something that I wish Gong would do that it does not. If anything I struggle to make full use of everything that it makes available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has made it much easier for managers to review their teams performance and is far less intrusive than having an additional body on a call. it also provides new hires with a wealth of conversations and examples to review.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly records all external calls. Easy to share recordings with customers/prospects. Great insight into calls with the breakdown of what is REALLY happening with your calls. Are they progressing? Is it just small talk? etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. If you're looking for a tool to help analyze calls, review game film and coach productively - look no further
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me and my time in a close working environment - especially where we work remote. I use it to review my calls, rememeber where I left off with my prospects. Recall their vacations, birthdays, promotions etc.. Make me look like a total brainiac when I can review our last conversation and chat with my prospects as if it was yesterday.
