What do you like best about the product?
I work in Customer Success. I just got started in this role, but Gong is my favorite tool. The ability to search across all calls, the automated follow up notes, and highlights are very helpful. I love that I can be focused on the given call I'm on and then worry about note taking and follow up after using Gong to fill in the gap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overally I'm very happy with Gong. However, it would be helpful if there were different personas built into the system that could be applied to different types of staff for the feedback the system gives me on my calls. For example, I am tasked to speak more often in calls but then Gong gives a metric that I speak too often. Just out of sync there. Not a big deal but a suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let's me fully focus in my calls and follow up on notes and other steps after so I can be fully present with my customers.

-> To maximize the tool's benefits, I use AI platforms to summarize/organize calls in a handoff/framework form, this could be a native feature

What do you like best about the product?
The timeline combining emails and calls is easy to navigate, and finding accounts is even easier than in our own CRM. Great integrations and the result is seamless and FAST for end users.
I would love to be able to sync meeting notes into Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trackers for specific topics, for example, to identify certain red flags in calls, could use some improvement, semantic matching would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth for all customer-facing call recordings, sales, and product support coaching to Sales, Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to focus on impact with the customer rather than keeping up taking notes.
Gong also enables me to view real life context on discussion and other opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of privacy in calls as we're constantly recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of not having visibility into my calls and meetings by automatically recording and transcribing them. This allows me to go back and review them for insights and share with teammates throughout the sales cycle

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the ideal way to manage my sales pipeline. It makes sure all relevant information is at my fingertips and provides an insane amount of helpful analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a downside. I love the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong keeps track of all of my calls and makes it so I never miss an important comment by my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The newest feature "Call Spotlight" is truly incredible. It's Highlights and Outline are nearly spot on every time, and the Ask Anything feature allows you to search for key words without having to scroll through the entire transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to specify company size or industry to filter the Insights. The recommendations aren't always relevant depending on the product you're selling, and having the ability to tailor those Insights could be very helpful for non-enterprise sellers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong to help us keep track of deal interactions, timeline, touchpoints, etc. and to record and analyze calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Their newer AI features are valuable in the call recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this is possible yet with AI, but would be cool if the recordings and transcripts could have prompts of how to change your forecast for the deal. Maybe if the recording picked up timelines it could prompt you to change the forecast based on what it picked up. I think that could make notes/MEDDPICC information quicker to update within an attached CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making the deal cycle more simple, and effective. I love that is syncs with salesforce to automatically update.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Gong because it is easy to use, and allows me to go back and review calls. At the end of each call it provides a brief summary I can use in order to create a recap email for my clients. It also identifies action items from my calls I can use in order to keep track of what all I need to do following a call!
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as downsides go, the only thing I don't like about Gong is how it speaks about me in third person. It will says "Holly made introductions" and sometimes I wish it used "I" to refer to me so that I can copy and paste into a recap email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped increase my productivity and save me time. I love being able to go to the call and seeing a recap of everything in one place. I also like that it provides transparency within our organization and allows me to go back and watch other people's calls for learning purposes. It has helped increase collaboration, and in the event that a client has to be transferred, it allows for a seamless transition where no detail is missed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI capabilities of Gong. After every call, I'll go back to the call summary to check the questions the client asked and action items. I will also send the call recording to my manager to identify any upskilly opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Gong had the same analytics and summaries for internal calls that are recorded. It would be helpful to see what my action items for things like team meetings and internal workshops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the issue of "Wait, what did the client say during the call?". There's no more confusion or mis-interpretation of the client. It also tremendously helps with clear and actionable sales coaching.
