Good call recording tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automatically connects to zoom to record calls. I also like that there is a "listen only" option for training purposes. The library is useful to archive calls as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
For the "listen only" option, I wish there was a way to invite someone to listen only prematurely. As of right now, you can only invite someone to listen once the call has already started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going back to listen to calls is extremely helpful. The way they organize their calls in the library is great. And the fact that they also integrate with our corp. email to include emails in the communication history with an account is a huge benefit.

Review calls, understand what has been communicated to the customer. I appreciate the simple nature of Gong.

Nothing so far. I haven't been able to break anything yet.

What do you like best about the product?
i love that every call is immediately recorded and it's easy to follow along afterwards. Love that I skip around as i please -- i can skip to the next speaker, the next topic, etc. I also love that i can see trends with my calls, like how long i speak, how long the prospect speaks, how i set next steps and pitch across the board, instead of trying to remember from my head. i think this is also a great way to ramp up and train new reps. when i first started, i was religious about listening to gong calls to get an understanding of how to talk about our product. so i love gong the most for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
there honestly aren't a ton of dislikes for me. i use it mostly as a note-taking mechanism and a place to go back to to get more clarity on how to answer a question from another rep's calls. so my usage isn't as extensive as a manager's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems i'm solving are my bad notetaking skills and poor memory. it's easy for me to refer back to a call in a deal and be clear about exactly what was discussed so i can move forward accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the fact that i can go back and listen to customer communication and can use the recordings for training new reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limitations of atleast 3 calls, so if the reps forgot to turn it on, I could not listen to their recordings.

We are training new reps, taking notes from customer communication, revisiting expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
The auto recording capability so that I don't have to remember to hit record is amazing. As well Gong sends the recording directly, so I don't have to worry about file size.

The transcripts can sometimes be a little wonky.

Excellent one-stop-shop for everything on your prospecting clients.

Gong is easy to use and review calls by yourself and your peers. It is a great way to be transparent in your sales process and for others to learn

Sometimes getting to "invite" gong to a call or start recording can take too long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of keeping call records to review feedback and tasks plus easily include other relevant team members who were not able to join a call.
Gong is a great tool to review calls and improve sales cycles

I like how there is a transcript on each call so if I miss something I can go back and find it and fill in notes accordingly.
