A necessary tool for remote management.

What do you like best about the product?
While the benefits of remote work are clear, the downsides aren't easy to problem solve. Being able to see my team in action helps me coach them and identify gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few technical hiccups that occur, like the search function default. But overall, the minor issues are masked by the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing remotely. I have way more insight into my team's strengths and opportunities.

Excellent tool for reviewers

What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed with the accuracy of Gong's voice-to-text transcription, which is at 95%. I also like the insights and reporting features, which can help me improve my sales skills. I haven't yet extracted any reports, but I understand that this is not yet possible. I would recommend that Gong provide e-handouts or digital training materials on how to extract reports to end users during the migration training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Gong's chat differentiator is a great feature, but it could be improved by adding the following:

- Color coding the responses of the participants in a long monologue. This would make it easier to see who is saying what, especially when the transcript auto-scrolls down. I think this is already a feature implemented but needs further improvement.

- Inserting the responses mid-monologue. This would make it easier to follow the conversation, especially when there are long pauses or interruptions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Root cause analysis boost. Previously, our internal tool does help in terms of simple transcription which by the way is 70-80% accurate. But when our client saw the value of Gong they rolled it out fast and got implemented for usage. We were offered multiple internal training sesssions which is good but if training materials, like infographics on quick usage tips are often handed down on top of townhall trainings, it would be a nice to have.

What do you like best about the product?
I can go back to conversations and re-wind the topic, even up to the oldest video/record. It even has transcript! It summarizes what was the talk about, It has call brief and even the topic!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some transcrripts are not accurate but that's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to talk to the customer again or even other contact, I can go back to previous conversation and pick up from that conversation. Sometimes, we unlock new opportunities that we didn't reaize during the first talk.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Gong for its ability to analyze sales calls and provide valuable insights to help improve sales team performance and close deals more effectively and help us out to identify the calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I was able to find out Gong's pricing to be on the higher side, and the platform's effectiveness can depend on the quality of recorded sales calls and user adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves sales-related problems by analyzing sales calls to provide insights, coaching, and data-driven recommendations. This benefits sales teams by improving their performance, increasing deal conversion rates, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
The summary at the end is the best part i like about gong it help me to understand everything in order.

sometimes gong cant record some meeting but i dont know maybe its our setup that misses some calls

What do you like best about the product?
The AI recaps and summaries are huge. I moved into more of a management role and being able to quickly scan calls and have them succinctly summarized is super helpful and helps save me time in my day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Still do not have anything negative to share
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick recaps of calls is super helpful and being able to shadow as a new hire or have a full repository of my company's messaging.

There was once where in no call were recorded in a single day because it automatically disabled the recordings

What do you like best about the product?
I love the deals tab; like a combined to-do list, forecast and CRM. As an account manager its now the only tab I ALWAYS have open

I'm also increasingly leaning on recommended next steps and call summaries from Gong to streamline my followups
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far; since I've been using Gong I've only found it to make me more efficent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to wrecord and watch back calls, yes. But it also gives me an incredibly seamless tool that can measure and update the things within our SFDC that are actually important to me + stay aligned with my manager and CSMs on each account

Love the summary and transcripts

What do you like best about the product?
I like the summary it provides you at the end of every single call. Easy to find specific parts of the conversation using keywords on the search option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis of the conversation and the transcript should be quicker to get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to be worried about taking notes during a meeting. The recording helps to go back to it when is needed.
