What a great coaching tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Good to be able to hear your sales process and be able to make improvements on the next call!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I dislike yet! The benefits outweight the negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving my weaknesses in my sales approach and boosting the success of my sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong has expanded its offering with automated email templates to streamline followups.. also enjoy their content and data they bring to sales professionals.

I really can not think of any downsides of Gong..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I listen to plenty of Gong calls to help get up to speed with my new industry. I also enjoy their automated email templates to send the recording to prospects when necessary.
Gong helps me get better at my job
What do you like best about the product?
I can listen to myself on calls later, confirming that what I thought during the call happened the way I remember! My managers and bosses can correct me too.

Not very much! Easy to use and sending calls to other team members or people in the org is easy too.

It is solving the need to go back and dissect calls and scenarios which is so valuable in the sales world. To be able to recieve advice from managers and coworkers is vital.

To QA the call and make sure it’s as per the client standards

I think gong is a very good choice made by the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If i forgot to take notes, gong takes it for me, attends the meetings for me as well and records every details for my minutes of meeting, talk ration as well as helps me listen to others calls
Great tool for customer analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Love the insights based on customer activities and calls recorded, like the to-do feature within gong which reminds me of actions to be taken after each call. I am also using flow feature within gong to build out templates to send for sales reachouts

Everything good for now, expecting more AI integration to help succeed at our jobs

Helping with customer analytics, talk ratio and how I can help improvise my sales pitches

integration with Zoom meetings and the Share link to send to clients as a follow-up.

I can't think of anything I don't like about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to record client meetings and trainings. Clients like it because I share the link with them afterwards so they can review or include coworkers who were not able to make the meeting.
Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability listen back to your calls and take detailed notes on the actionable follow up items. As a CSM when we transfer accounts I can look at the entire communication history from deals, calls, and emails. The integration with salesforce allows me to update my SF notes and deals directly inside of gong with a way better UI compared to SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Gong to integrate with AI to pull my call transcripts and provide me a detailed summary of the call with follow-up tasks. I go outside gong and use chat gpt to do this now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency on managing my accounts through deal tracking and communication history data. The call transcript saves so much time when I need to reference a talking point made by a client.

What do you like best about the product?
By allowing me to review the specifics of the call, this technology considerably helps me remember client encounters. When questions or concerns arise, the ability to look back to the talk after it is over may be quite beneficial.
Gong has also been essential in helping me improve my soft skills. The call's transcript gives me the chance to evaluate my communication style, pinpoint areas for development, and tweak how I conduct myself in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
The recorder name "notetaker" cannot currently be concealed because we do not yet have interaction with WebEx. This improvement was something we had asked for when we first started working with Gong. Furthermore, I'd like to point out that Gong does not yet incorporate AI, which might greatly improve the caliber of our chats. The use of AI might offer ideas for better language and communication flow in today's technologically advanced environment.

From a Gong collaborative standpoint, Gong has streamlined teamwork and troubleshooting. Its search functionality allows me to easily locate teammates who may have dealt with similar issues before. This fosters knowledge-sharing and accelerates the problem-solving process.
Perhaps one of the most valuable aspects of Gong is the knowledge-sharing it facilitates. I can search for specific keywords to access past conversations and learn from the solutions implemented by other teams. This empowers me to apply proven strategies to my ongoing calls, effectively resolving issues for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to learn from experienced colleagues by watching back their calls with clients and taking notes has really helped me as a new member of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts could be more accurate however they are still very useful.

Gong gives me access to the practices and skills of the best sales people in my company. I can incorporate these into my toolkit to improve my delivery and closing rates.

Constructive suggestions:
- Enlarge the video without having to go full screen
- Could improve on word recognition for the transcript. (there is an admin setting to offset errors/interpretations)
- When sharing snippets, it'd be helpful to have an option to include the timestamp of the meeting.
