Super easy & insightful

Switch between transcript and video easily and skip to the next speaker.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see your whole conversation scripted out so you can skip ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it takes a while for the call to show up right after a call is completed.

Quality assurance purposes and training.

What do you like best about the product?
Action items! Having the call transcript is great, but the action items are the best. I can quickly see what I need to do when I look back at the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
We work in tech and use many abbreviations and technical terms, and they mostly get poorly understood by the call transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording and analysis, note-taking, call transcripts, and their analysis; finding the parts of the conversation that I am interested in by looking at the call analysis (who is speaking and for how long) saves me a lot of time.

Would be nice to:

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking customer notes and being able to know exactly what customers are asking for. It's easy to copy and relay those notes to the appropriate people in our team. This is especially useful in the Customer Success team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for keywords in my calls and the ability to see transcripts of all my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics was more in-depth, having the ability to flag words would be great. Additionally, more integrations is always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been trying to improve my sales calls. Additionally, being able to see competitive differentiators using the call scripts has been super helpful.

The fact that i can share recording with others. For example we use some recordings for sharing knowledge and as part of some processes

There is some space for improvement when it comes to the view; when you open the video, you can feel that the quality can be improved, but generally again, they are on the right track.

What do you like best about the product?
How it seamlessly integrates with video conferencing software, and that it will automatically record the call. A simple link easily shares it with the customer.

The configuration setup took a little more time than I would like.

Training - as a new hire it is great for me to shadow my colleagues at scale and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use. I like that it shows me what action items to take after my call. If I tell a client I am going to send them follow up documents, the system reminds me what I need to send them.

There is a lot to the system. Sometimes I don't know where everything is because it can do so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My calls are much more efficient. I have improved my talk time ratio. I was talking too much on my calls and needed to ask more questions and listen more. I have improved my calls so much from the feature in Gong that shows me my talk time ratios. My calls have improved, and I am having better conversations with clients.
