A great tool to get better as a team
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics on a call, helping me pull insights from calls and also allowing me to measure my patience and how long my customer is talking to allow me get better for my next call
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the search function can be a bit difficult some times, the names pulled from integration with salesforce can be skewed and doesn't always match my opportunity or lead name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows my manager to review my call quality easier without having to listen to random recorded calls with no analytics or data pulled, and it is easy to share good calls that other team members have.
Great platform for the busy professional
What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides easy recording, transcribing, and next-step planning for the busy professional. This is great for both a sales professional and customer success team to ensure all action items are captured and makes future reviewing simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can have connection issues on Safari, however, it functions effectively on other browsers. Overall its a great product / platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps our team stay organized and captures live calls without each member having to remember to hit the record button.
Gong- the virtual pal we all need
What do you like best about the product?
I love when I need to listen back to a call through Gong, that I can search keywords, see who at what point in the timeline was contributing, and the reminders for client followups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Its amazing. I literally love everything about Gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer call recordings. Our managers will listen back to our interactions with customers, and Gong actually helps us reach some of our KPIs.
Great tool for gathering customer interaction insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcript feature where we can find exact conversations required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind so I am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing customer interactions and revisiting the calls for gathering more detailed insights.
Excellent way to make sure you follow through on all customer deliverables and have transparency.
What do you like best about the product?
The way we can search for accounts, key phrases, or people on the call. It's been a lifesaver as I take on a new role in the organization. I really like that I can review past calls without needed to ask for access to other's calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a little disheartening to lose data so if we can't access it there are no backups. I would like to be able to download the calls and transcripts as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure everyone knows the deliverables and expectations we set on the call are transparent and documented.
It had beed easy and fast

I like that my manager and I are able to always come back and listen to a call and make sure I am doing my best.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I am not able to think of one thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I cam saying something that is not working I am able to catch it when I listen back to my convos.
Save time reviewing calls
What do you like best about the product?
It is well-suited for sales meetings and internal team meetings. It’s a good tool for capturing and analyzing conversations with prospects, making it easier to identify key insights and trends that can help close deals faster. It’s not the best tool for analyzing conversational data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Some features could be faster, but overall it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing calls.

The ability to search keywords in a transcribed call is amazing!

There are no downsides! (Unless you don't like that everyone and anyone can watch your meetings.)

I don't immediately have to take notes on every call. I have the ability to go back and listen to a call or hear what follow-ups the client needs.

Understand updates on deals and avoid me having to constantly hear from reps. Also auto logging activity from reps saves a ton of time
