What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to review the actual talk
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally gets some transcript incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to avoid the distraction of note-taking and can focus on the call and review later and share notes

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is also the worst thing, being able to listen to your demos/ calls and (besides hearing what you sound like!!) being able to understand what you are saying and how you are saying it means you can take the proactive approach to teaching your clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Gong, besides having to listen to my voice of course. I would recommend this product to anyone in a client facing role or anybody who wants to be proactive on their communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple demos a day and we are therefore able to revisit conversations to make sure conversations do not get missed. We are also able to analyse the calls to see how we say things - it is a really useful tool for anybody wanting to think about their communication.

extensive filters that can be used to hone in on areas of interest, and the ability to save recordings for future analysis

Takes some getting used to at first, and if too many filters are created, it can get overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency Gong creates for me as a Manager of a large team has made me a better coach. Gong helps me identify and focus on where I am most needed and maximize my time and attention with each team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I am so thankful we have it, and can't imagine coaching this large team without it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Gongs' conversation intelligence, I can efficiently and effectively listen to, coach and provide feedback to my team at an individual level and use the data collected to identify gaps or challenges across the collective group.

What do you like best about the product?
I like artificial intelligence and how it helps me better understand how to approach my coaching sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could also search the calls using the Lead ID from YGL (APFM Account). I also wish that we can also get an update where Gong can also do Video Screen Recording! That will be epic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong lets me analyze the most impactful behaviors my agents have that affect their call types and customer conversations

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to go back and listen to all your calls in addition to any calls within the company is absolutely invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really point to anything really, maybe more accurate analytics, but it's already very good and gives you a ton of insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me review my calls and other calls in the org to learn how to become a better sales person and gain knowledge on positioning as well as numerous nuances.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I no longer have to beg my team to send me their call recordings. Being able to access, listen to, comment on most/all of their customer calls from one site has made my life a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides to report at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for coaching my Customer Success Managers. I'm primarily looking to give them feedback on how well they are obtaining business goals and impact statements from our customers. We then use this information to help us position us better come renewal time.

The ease of use, the analytics, and coaching functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Sometimes it will not auto-join calls because of user's Zoom or Google settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows managers to review and interact with sales reps' calls, including commenting on snippets

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong can accurately capture action items from calls, where are then delivered as timely follow-ups to ensure I am closing the loop on customer conversations. Gong also has a great ability to provide insights from customer calls, ensuring that I continue to iterate my communication style for the best possible outcome with each and every customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Gong is the ideal call tracking, note taking, and call analytics platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me track my day-to-day calls, follow-ups and emails. Creating a single source of truth for my customer communications. It also allows me to reflect on my conversations with key insights, which ensures I continue to improve the way I work.
