Love the capture of all customer calls and interactions in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having access to all customer interactions in one place and being able to provide guidance to the team when they have reached a difficult point in the conversation or customer management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a recent change in the system where it no longer records third party calls - so we have to go through some manual steps to copy those appointments and add the attendant - which is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly solving for understanding what is bringing value to our existing customers and how best to meet their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Call recording and transcription. As a sales person, I can focus on my clients during the call and use the search function to look up specific details later on. Gong helps me not have to take furious notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a gong recorder to a live call usually takes ~5 minutes. So if you forget to schedule the call ahead of time, the recording usually starts late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take notes! It is also great to share clips with team members.

What do you like best about the product?
This software allows me to focus on my calls and the conversation rather than scrambling to jot down notes. I can watch the recording or view the transcript to compile notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the meetings are not recorded if I send an invite less than 24 hours prior to a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am focusing on the conversation rather than note-taking.

What do you like best about the product?
Its feature of creating the transcripts & highlighting various crucial moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't actually dislike but would be great if I can have the video and transcript occupying the same size on the screen instead of one gets minimized, the other one maximized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps analyze the sales call you booked for the AEs from where you can learn about those deal-making or deal-breaking moments.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides an easy way in which our teams can review the calls in an efficient manner for improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is a bot showing up as a "big brother" attendee. I also wish the transcription was better for different accents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to help improve the call quality and the ability to improve visibility of customer calls across the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up. Logs my calls automatically. Gives me visibility into my process and allows me to be 100% present without worrying about taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is cumbersome and can be frustrating to find the calls you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing my sales skills gaps. I can see where I have room for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to shuffle through calls by looking right at the transcript and being able to locate specific points in that call is super helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
It was slightly tricky to navigate at first, but after playing around with it for a short period, it became much more straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can listen in on colleague's calls and change my sales pitch by utilizing what works while avoiding what doesn't work. The benefits are being able to hear other people's conversations. The transcript portion helps locate everything that I need to during the call, especially if it's a long call.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, mobile app. Great for helping other reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too much talk time on the reps end. Better close rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other apps like Salesforce, zoom, outlook make keeping track of calls easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one more site to log into; it can be confusing at first. The separate meeting link can add another layer of complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video recording and review.

The search function is terrible. (Mostly because Transcript is not accurate.)

The benefit of skipping a meeting as I can watch later.
