What do you like best about the product?
Ease of working with a team; features that are frequently updated; ability to create refined dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to purchase individual licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining a lot of processes with automation and notifications to ensure that tasks are completed and that data is standardized across different tools and platforms.
Smartsheet has made it easier for me to create intuitive spreadsheets.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set columns to a specific data type that display well and actions that can be taken on each row such as comments and notifications. This makes it easier to track the importance of the data without disrupting the structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
When setting the type for the columns, there may be a time I would like to set a specific datatype for a cell. This didn't seem possible or was not easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has allowed me to get a broad picture of what my projects look like without changing the small details. Sheets are easy to view and the ability to add gantt charts is something I have not had previously. Data is easy to present without the added overhead of programming in other systems. Sometimes I need a quick solution to create a project overview and Smartsheet does the job.
Makes great dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can compile all my data to make great dashboards that are very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of a learning curve to get up to speed on the software.

Great for any multiple project based company!
What do you like best about the product?
We love smartsheet, we use it every day to keep up to date with our multiple large scaled projects. Smart is super affordable with multi different plans, highly customizable with powerful analytics and reporting tools. Customer service is always helpful and quick to resolve problems as well.

Add-ons required for time tracking and resource management and pages do not update in real time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps us on track to meet deadlines and utilizing out work force efficiently
Great tool. Good for progress and finance tracking, as well as reminders.
What do you like best about the product?
In my case, I use Smartsheet to track the progress of projects and the finances of them. Smartsheet sends me reminders when an invoice needs to be sent so I don't forget. I use it daily, the whole platform is easy to use. There's lots of different features that can benefit everyone as required. The sheets are fully customisable.

Nothing that I can consider at this time.

Tracking the progress of projects and their finances. I can send myself notes to complete certain tasks.
Complete tool for program/project management
What do you like best about the product?
It has different tools to cover the most important aspects of program/project management. It's simple to apprehend. I'm giving my opinion from a user perspective.

There's nothing I think about that I see missing in Smartsheet

Learning curve but incredibly useful
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to combine spreadsheets into dashboards that are easy to look at quickly. I also love that you can create a form that will input directly into a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
BIG learning curve and the visuals of the spreadsheet and comment fields are just not as smooth and streamlined as google sheets, which my team is used to working with. We have had a difficult time integrating it into our full team's workflow, though the project managers use it often. Our team has not had proper training on the program and need someone in our industry to provide us with more of a guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team without many tangible metrics, this program is allowing us to document all of our work- both what I am doing myself, as well as the other members of my team in order to provide a case to leadership for our value
Versatile and Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility it gives to small & big companies. It has a handful of integration to other software/apps and is easy to use

MFA was late introduced and the learning curve for complex sheets is steep

Given the customization, "rules of engagement" understanding takes time....professional services related to onboarding can be improved to make this easier for users and admins rolling out the tool within their orgs
