Great work management and collaboration tool. Integration can be easier

Smartsheet is a great work management and collaboration tool.
Real-Time Collaboration: Enables multiple team members to update tasks, share files, and communicate in real time.
Customizable Workflows & automation: Supports tailored workflows, from project tracking to task automation. Helps automates repetitive tasks, reduce manual admin work, and get notifications for changes or upcoming deadlines.
Simplicity and Flexibility: Easy to use with spreadsheet-like functionality, while also allowing complex project management features like Gantt charts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with popular tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack exists but is not intuitive. Also Visual Planning Tools like Gantt charts, Kanban boards can be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Critical, large scale program management. Timeline management. Reminders for critical tasks.
A MUST
What do you like best about the product?
Love how SS allows to keep everything orangized throughout the process of our orders working alongside each customer. Provides me detailed reports with everything I need

Sometimes when i would save after my edits it wouldnt save

Smart Sheet recently had an update that allowed us to be more organized with our sheets

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet allows for customization of dashboards, reports & automations and a great way to organize project management documents
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of limitations with Smartsheet. In addition, it's been challenging to understand the enterprise licensing.

Allowing our organization to see project management information in one place
Great cloud based software tool to share with stakeholders.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and sharing. Ability to customize columns and create unique filters. Great tool for sharing lists and tasks and keeping comments and attachments. We use it frequently for tracking meetings with individuals outside of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we want it to be better than it is. A large complex project is not easy to do with SS and we find MSP is still the answer. For small to medium projects or milestone only tracking it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency among stakeholders. Cuts down on having to send email meeting minutes or updates and allows us to follow comments and updates directly in SS.
Powerful Tool that Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
My job responsibilities recently changed and I needed to return to using Smartsheet after a hiatus of several years. I remembered enough to jump right back but the UI has improved and features like in-sheet summaries seem (to me) to be better than ever. I'm looking forward to learning about the all the updates I've missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges I continue to have is the inability to import and use graphics in meaningful ways, on dashboards, for example. To be specific, if I calculate the project's risk value, I'd like to display custom graphics to represent the result (because my stakeholders are highly visually oriented).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently using it to prepare a project schedule, and plan to continue using it to share task assignments with my team. I like the ability to create dependencies for tasks. I just wish I could enable baselines for the whole project once and be done with it, instead of needing to re-enable it after adding more tasks.

I like the way that I can track projects and activities within the project. I love the fact that Dashboards can be created within the same tool for presentations without needing to go to a different tool to complete ti
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot export some data in a simple manner or that if I try to link it to a MS office tool is more difficult to do so

Smartsheets has become integral for team organization
What do you like best about the product?
The reports feature on Smartsheets is really helpful for our team. We work with a lot of external collaborators and have set up folders with reports for all of them, which keeps everyone up to date and in the loop without having to check in via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add filters on sheets without messing up reports and dashboards that pull from the sheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously keeping track of all of our projects in Excel and ended up with multiple versions of the same sheet and collaborators getting incorrect information. Now that we have smartsheets, everything is updated in real time and all of our team members can edit and collaborate on reports together. Makes project and task management more efficient and seamless.
Effective and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Within a production environment there can be various non-value adding tasks which needs capturing for accurate cost analysis, the smart sheet forms have proven to be really useful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use web based smartsheet and every time I login the verification code gets sent across to my registered email ID which takes annoyingly long time to come in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing non value added tasks and generating revenue out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps me a lot with my project management, it is user-friendly, flexibility and collaborative etc. I use it everyday during my project progress and track actions which we must follow to complete. Thanks to its great functionality, my work made easier with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features may incur additional costs. And it requires a stable internet connection while using it. Better had some education materials for beginners.

It is increased efficiency, improved collaboration with peers and better decision-making tool. The platform's customization features allow users to tailor it to their specific needs, making it versatile for various types of projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Smartsheet once every couple of weeks to provide a spreadsheet to store managers, so they are able to input employee's time. I love that you are able to share the sheets with specific employees and choose if they are able to edit the sheet or just view it. It was an easy switch to go from using Excel to Smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is expensive for what my company uses it for, but it could be worth the price if you utilize all Smart Sheet has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Smartsheet as timecards for the Managers to fill out for payroll.
