What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very easy to use with a team, good to share and with fast edits. It is reliable and the forms feature is good
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes smartsheets deletes and recorrects my work when something looks wrong to it. It is frustrating because then there is wrong data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to track what steps need to be done and alert team members to tasks by sending them a notification

Helps in collocation and project tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Follow up tools are easy to set up and use, for example creating a check list for a project or a study is very simple and easy to intergrade for end user. I especially like that I can create separate archive which makes archiving process overall easy to manage and data retrieval convenient. I very much like the linking system between multiple sheets. Creating workspaces helps to categorize work between users and limit access for different employees. Similarities to excel help to use functions. Overall I use SS everyday in my work which makes it a good tool for my work, I can easily find answers to my questions trough Smartsheet Learning Center and forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
Used with chrome it can be very taxing on the pc and memory requirement is high when large sheets are edited . There are few weird bugs that can happen with using functions, but over all very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project coordination is easier to follow. In my previous role I have used SS for a research associate role; study component checks and for preparatory phase. Also for data and notes collection.
I really like that multiple excel files can now be in one place and I can access all of them basically through web browser.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Smartsheet is that you can easily share proofs and attachments with other coworkers for easy collaboration. There is no need for emails or long conversations, and this helps get the job done quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it should be less like excel and more simple to use. It's a bit too much for people who have never used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the marketing department, and instead of people emailing with ideas and requests, they simply put in a ticket and it is easy to organize between my coworkers and I.

I like the automation and workflow rules, they are a powerful tool for me, today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have an issue with smarthsheet, I use a tool called "caffeine.exe", it means that, every minute it will emulate a "click" on my screen, because I can't configure the automatic lock screen, this helps me to deal with the setting, but means that very often I loose data on smartsheet, because when I click on cell, and click on another, it deletes the content of the cell.

It makes possible for me to create action plans, this type of project needs reminders, owners, periodic updated, the timeline (gannt) feature is great, all these aspects helps me to deliver what needs to be done with few clicka

Smartsheet: tool for work collaboration and not only
What do you like best about the product?
I think that smartsheet is a very functional collaboration tool, it is easy to use and the courses they provide allow you to fully understand its capabilities. It is also easy to implement due to its compatibility with various well-known and used platforms. It allows you to do many things, but mainly project management and work collaboration. The automations it provides allow you to significantly simplify your work, save time and avoid errors or oversights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things I would change are about the dashboard graphics, too simple for my taste. Also the Customer service, is quick to respond and take charge of the requests, but they are slow to solve the problems that are highlighted to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, Smartsheet, in addition to being a tool that allows you to track project phases, progress, RAID, programming automations in a low-no code way, it is possible to send approval or update requests that, in addition to automatically managing these actions, freeing me from having to do them manually, allow those who receive them to directly fill out project sheets without having to enter Smartsheet. If we talk about premium apps, control centers and resource managers, we enter another world. With CC it is possible to automatically create project templates that inherit all the necessary information from a simple intake sheet; RM allows you to manage resources and see the workload they have day by day, and much more. In short, it is thought out rather well and certainly helps in everyday work.

Smartsheet effectively organizes company content and offers excellent visualization. It serves as a valuable tool for problem-solving, communication, project management, and tracking continuous improvement ideas. I also appreciate all its features

t can be frustrating to repeatedly hide multiple columns after making changes. That said, there isn’t much I dislike about Smartsheet—its limitations arise mainly when dealing with highly specific documents tailored to niche projects

Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use it every day to manage our annual projects, tasks, events, and multi-department events. Each employee is assigned as either an event owner or participant, which further enables employees to see how they all play a role in organizational success.
We also use it for surveys. The form builder is easy to use and you can create logic questions that allow you to cover all types of questions.
I also like the Dashboard feature. We have multiple dashboards in our organization that houses critical information that can all be found in one place. This has replaced our would-be intranet.

What do you dislike about the product?
One significant drawback is the lack of built-in analysis tools for surveys. Manual review and analysis is required for survey results, which can be lengthy and time-consuming.
In regards to dashboards, documents you want to add have to be in one drive or some other cloud app. It cannot be local to your device, which can be frustrating.

Smartsheet keeps me organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to assign due dates and reminder emails to keep me on track at work. With the amount that I'm juggling sometimes it's hard to keep track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be more integral with Outlook. Maybe it has this feature and I don't know about it. Instead of receiving emails of when something is due, it would be nice to be able to already have that integrated in my calendar instead of looking in two different places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me keep my to dos in the office straight. Without Smartsheet I would be terrible at tracking.
