We use Smartsheet at my work so all my colleagues can access the same report/dashboards to share.
What do you like best about the product?
Dual access at one time; Ease of use of the product

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is best part about smartsheet, we utilize a lot of excel sheets, instead of having multiple people send to me and I have to consolidate and combine all the data, it allows for each of them to edit and update the data in one area all at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet's excel functionality is a bit lacking, would like to see more features added that are standard in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to build multiple data sources and tie them together to build KPI management.
Smarsheet has been pretty helpful to use to work with teams because it always updates in real-time.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see my co-workers real time edits was very helpful. We didn't have to hop on a call to make changes, we could just see each other's at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas aren't the best. I'd love to have an option to import Excel formulas, or something of the such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was too hard to keep sending Excel files to my colleagues, as a lot of them are across the nation. Having real time edits with my co-workers makes work much easier with much less hassle. It's also nice to login to Smartsheet anywhere in the world and have my files, even if I don't have my work computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page can "disconnect" a few times during the day and sometimes you will loose the time stamps that you had saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep a clear track of the time we are allotting to the clients work. It also centralizes all the mini tasks you do throughout the day and you need to keep an eye on.

SS really needs tabs within sheets like excel

! stop shopping for registration and enrolment of courses, forms are helpful too.
Thoughtful in the way we work but needs improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic Views, Reports, Dashboards are easy to make/use. I also like how they can all work together to create an easy workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The capacity is too small. It's easy to get over the limit, especially for more complex builds that require multiple helper columns. The Dynamic View builds don't have a "Make a Copy" option; instead you have to create a whole new Dynamic View from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting work tasks to completion.
Smartsheets create better forms than Microsoft or Google!
What do you like best about the product?
I love making forms and tracking data with Smartsheet! It's the easiest way as a program manager to track engagement with our events and programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the templates were a little bit easier to navigate. Implementing the deadlines and information with the various programs/projects I oversee make it complicated to use the template.

IT MAKES COORDINATION BETWEEN PEOPLE VERY EASY
Great for project management and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Smartsheet can be updated live by multiple users at once. Being able to collaborate together ensures work is updated in real time and quickly. it's easy to learn to use and you can leverage automation to reduce back and forth communication with reminders and review points. We use Smartsheet to track progress, create estimates, manage schedules and dashboards to more easily digest data. It's easy to train team members on and we use it several times a week for various projects. We connect it to teams as well to see everything in one place. Their help resources are also helpful when I have a question or am learning how to do something
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Smartsheet is while it is just like Excel it is not. There is no macro functionality and when you export a sheet to Excel, it is all hardcoded so you lose any formulas you may have had on the sheet. The formulas are different as well so they don't translate the same. Even still, it's helpful tool for everything else I like best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving emails getting lost between teams when there are updates and the need for collaboration on project status and scheduling. It also solves how we present and summarize data whether internally or for clients

What do you like best about the product?
In short, Smartsheet simplifies how we capture, share, and collaborate project-related information such as tasks, checklists, plans and status reports, both internally and externally with our customers. It's also a great tool for integrating our other project-related activity from other source systems, such as actual project spend and billing/timesheet activity
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a small learning curve when we began to use Smartsheets but the tool is quite flexible for handling how we wanted to deploy it within our organization. Each release brings nice and applicable enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing project plans, checklists, status reports, and having multi-user collaboration/sharing. Before Smartsheet, we were using Excel or Word documents stitched together and manual. Having information available in the cloud and easily accessible from anywhere makes a big difference and increases productivity.
