we use smart sheet to track data for our mental health business for utilization reports & trends.
What do you like best about the product?
creating and managing forms is very easy; I like the simplicity of the reports and how they can look very clean and easy to understand. Some errors are easy to fix on the backend such as if a staff submits a form with the wrong info.
What do you dislike about the product?
When our reports don't align with our EHR, it is very difficult to figure out where the problem is. Adjusting or fixing formulas seems hard than other fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a helpful tool to provide reports for utilization rates, patterns/trends in our services as well as tracking tasks.

The best thing in the Smartsheet is Dashboard which helps you to Share information in efficient manner.

Till now nothing i notice which i dislike.

The best thing about Smartsheet is its handy features that help add a lot of automation.

Smartsheet is solving the important issue of keeping tasks up to date with ability to get notified if anything is missed.

Great support documentation online for almost everything. Low barriers to entry, but sophisticated database-like features for the power user

Permissions structure is strange-- even admins can't see all sheets

Smartsheet enables our Project Management Office easy tracking of the projects and overall resource capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
It helped us keep all of out meetings on track, and everyone from each department was able to contribute and we could update it each week with updates. It made our meeting direct and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you start working with the sheet its not too easy to navigate, from the start it can be a little difficult to know where to click. With a little training, its smooth sailing

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collect data once and interlink it between multiple other files and display methods such as reports, summaries, graphs, and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It in inherently for more technically minded individuals or those with excel experience. Not as user friendly and can become a mass of files fairly quickly without a managing workspace organizing admin.

To be able to collect large amounts of data, then distill and display it in different ways for different audiences. for example: individual contributors vs. management

Multiple views and workflow automation for reminders, etc.

Connectivity issues, slow loading times.

Project management and OKR management is much easier to stay on top of and share with team members
great product but would like there to be customized training options, like 5hrs for xx price.

upside to smartsheet is it's similar to excel and lots of options

The BEST solution for student tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use, intuitive and entirely customizable. A lot of other platforms clain they can capture the data, but they over promise and underdeliver. That is not the case with Samrtsheet. I really like how I can create my own workflows, and if needed link them with other depatments within my company. I was able to customize their templates for my own needs which made implementation a breeze. I use Smnartsheet all day, everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only criticism I have of Smartsheet is that it is difficult to have more than 1 window of Smartsheet open, the refresh when linking sheets, etc with multiple windows open is not the best.
Also, this is not Smartsheet, but me, I wish I had the time to learn how to do more in Smartsheet. I feel like I am only using the basic features & if I had enough time to learn the software more completely, I could do so much more. The company has reached out to schedule personalized time to help me with my project, I just am too busy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet enables me to track 500+ students across their university program, make notes on student files, track the hours of tutoring & academic coaching they use, etc. I am able to then report out this data quickly.
