Smartsheets Great Tool once you set it up
What do you like best about the product?
Even when the front-end configuration of the Sheet you want to use takes time and a learning curve, probably more so than a regular spreadsheet or MS Project; once you set it correctly it is the easiest thing to maintain, share and have people collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not the most intuitive when it comes to setting it up, or more options for templates would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is structured and controlled, versus using a Spreadsheet that can go off rails really easy. Also reporting out of it makes it friendly and my preferred choice.
Best solution for hastle free communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like the creation of work flow with the rules which includes auto emailers and notifications to others associated
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like slicers are not available but i expect the team is working on its new features

Data and response collection
A perfect to manage your MS excel and MS project related stuff in a combined manner.
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow Automation is the best feature smartsheet is having right now, any user can simply write queries without any knowldge of coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of rows and complex process for integration with other application is major downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collabration with multiple files and workflows for data update using reports and simplified dashboards.

It's user friendly, fast, simple and intuitive

It helps my team have a clear sense of our workload, quickly see who's doing what, keep track of our pipeline and easily input data regarding our projects.

Not being able to process payment from clients.

Communication beween team, having the data centralized, haing Hippa-compliant data, the ability to do somany things in one platform.

Smartsheet is easy to use, intuitive and quick to bring maturity to ways of working.

There are too many paid plugins and upgrades that is required to use the product in an enterprise environment.

SmartSheet Is A Great Budget Builder for our Non-Profit
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user friendly and easily shared amongst our Partners in the Building Industry
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have all the options I need without paying more to add these. I also don't like that I can't copy and paste from other programs into Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having a running list of items to be completed amongst multiple companies and keeping a budget of the numbers from beginning Bid's, invoices received and paid, amounts donated, final numbers and totals.
There are many Partners in the process so having everything organized and updated as we go; having the Partners able to add and make changes; knowing when something is changed on the budget (notifications) and the ability to attach files (invoices and notes) on each line, makes meetings and progress so much easier!

Smartsheet Review and Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share amongst colleagues and clients to assist in collaboration and efficiency. The system as a whole is very easy to use and easy to incorporate for any project. When there may be an issue the support team is quick to assist. As our company continues to grow, the usage will increase throughout our teams. We are able to integrate smartsheets with our job photos, making it an essential hub for all of our large projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could share a selected amount of the sheet with individuals outside of an organization rather than an entire sheet. We use Smartsheet's to compile information for property owners and when allowing to view they are sometimes able to view other units or property. If we can share individual rows or selected sections, we could combat this.

Transparent milestones and tracking throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
Smartsheet experience
What do you like best about the product?
I have really enjoyed using smartsheets over the past 2 years. It's been a comprehensive way to link various sheets together to ensure that data is showing correctly in multiple places instead of having to remember to update multiple spreadsheets. I love using the dashboards as a place to easily see information from multiple sheets. The built in logic on the survey forms is also a neat feature that I've enjoyed learning how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't love about smartsheets is that it's fairly complicated and takes a little while to learn how to use. Sometimes the look of the sheets feels overwhelming to me as sheets can get very long, and the task lists can be long. The use of the right click isnt really there, and generally its less intuitive than excel or Google. You also have to save your work which at times I have forgotten to do.

Smartsheet helps me to link multiple sheets together and it's been an amazing too for our team to track invoices and data.
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly layout. The program is easy to use once you learn it. We use it every day!

Sometimes it can be hard to understand the full capabilities of the program

Smartsheet allows us to manage our daily delivery schedule, our Employee time off, and several other aspects.
