What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is collaborative and that you can attach files to rows in the sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to navigate at times and feel like there could be more readily available tips on using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ensuring that I am able to be on track with my team and goals
Smart Sheet is Excel on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
Using Automation for reminders and the conditional formatting for easy visual checks
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating mathematical formulas can be tricky, but I do not have a lot of experience with this function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking employee training and tracking equipment status

I like how you have multiple teams connect to different sheets, reports, and workspaces smoothly with automated updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations get stuck or are confusing to create which effects workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helps solve workflow communication and automations for our projects.
Very useful, but does take some training
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to take a lot of info and display it in a number of different ways....and being able to organize responses to a survey/email is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a bit of training and it does have some limitations...limits on different uses for the same column and with merging of cells...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
decreases the number of sheets I have to cross reference to pull off an event.
Great Product for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet because it's collaborative!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that an "owner" for a Smartsheet has to be the company and can't be an individual. This has created issues of prompting request for access going to people who are not supposed to be making those approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making tracking processes and projects much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to go deep into the details and tasks necessary to oversee a project from inception through completion, but also allows me to see it from a higher level, bird's eye view.

I don't have any downsides for my work needs

It allows me to project plan at an individual level but also provides an overview of the full business need
Smartsheet - an easy way to get organized and execute
What do you like best about the product?
It's most helpful to be able to easily organize, categorize, and assign tasks. In one sheet, I can see and understand the whole flow of the project and how resources need to be aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works more like Microsoft Project than a to do list manager. I find myself still using another program to organize information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of being organized over the next 12 months with multiple different teams and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet as it helps me manage our department's IT projects and portfolios daily. It has a very nice dashboard that I can customize and create filters and reports. Smartsheet's customer support is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet is great with portfolio management, it is difficult to manage deliverables and tasks at a micro level. For this, we have a separate task tracking tool.

Managing project portfolio at a high level status
We use SS to mange our client campaigns and the studio delivery of them.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, it's pretty intuitive, and the sharing function is great to keep things in one place.
We use it all the time on a daily basis so being quick to access is also a positive.
There are so many features that we don't use it would be good to try and branch out more to see what is viable.

We work with a lot of clients out side of the business and it's not always easy for them to access it when shared.
Although you can download as an excel to simplify, unless you are familiar with the platform it's not always easy for outsiders to understand.

It is enabeling us to plan and scope our projects, to hit deadlines and to manage the workflow in the studio delivery team.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been great at ease of use and making things more streamlined
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is confusion on all the sheets especially when you have the sheets archive. And also sheets inside of folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to make graphs and charts and put in data and get some great benefits. We use it also to track tooling and projects and inventories.
