Great tool but I would like to see MFA included for smaller customers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, setup and share. We use it inernally and with clients
What do you dislike about the product?
We want to have MFA for all SaaS systems we use. Unfortunaly Smartsheet does not include this unless we massivly increase licence costs. We think this should be a standard feature, not a premium feature

Flexibility to create new sheets and ability to connect to fields in various sheets for reporting

Formating and sorting in general can be more robust

Updates to status and progress for each project are posted in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many tutorials are avaiable. The program is very easy to use and easy to figure out. We use it for a CRM, as well as check lists. The CRM is not my favorite, but we are still trying to see how to use it best for us. I love the program for trackers and check lists. We are able to share with clients outside our company and it helps keep everyone organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients that out outside my company have a hard time accessing without an account. We like to be able to share the files with individual events and some have a hard time with the access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Smartsheets to help with keeping a CRM. We like the possibilties, but it is not perfect yet. We use for a graphic tracker and check lists to share with clients. This feature is GREAT and easy to use!
Very useful, a collaborative tool that must be used in every company
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative part, the alerts, a tool that fulfills its purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data connection, definitely the costs go up too much.

A more direct communication, there are no benefits.

That you can't have tabbed spread sheets like you can in excel.

smartSheet helps to keep all of our projects in order and organized. SmartSheet helps to keep our projects on track and reminds us to follow up if needed.
Very good tool, a little slow for high volume operation
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use tool. Very intuitive and self sufficient. O have very rarely need to ask for support. I use it everyday for my operation and there has not been any major issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for it to have more reporting and tracking options, we have to build our reporting exporting to excel. Would be great to be able to create automatic visuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a high volume of requests to resolve for our company, smartsheet helped us create our own ticket system by utilizing the grids for follow up and control. The automation process also optimized our operation. We also use it for our projects, it's easy to use and handle. Information is displayed on a very simple way.

Dashboards for presentations and project overview + AI feature for deriving formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are places they can improve - sheets should be able to pull from other sheets more easily, it would be convinient to have multiple (related) sheets on one tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has the capability to make easy but detailed tracker sheets - which can be accessed by the team and enhanced collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives the freedom to create multiple project types. If you can think it then you can build it. It is easy to use and learn. It only took a few members of our team to implement the software and configure it to meet our every day needs. This is our every day go to project management software. We have started the process of integrating it with our internal software to show results of our projects in real time. We have not had to call customer support because we have found the support we need from articles, examples, or Youtube videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were hoping for an easy communication method that was public facing that would allow 2 way communication with our customers on certain software enhancements. To be fair, we have not dug deep into this yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is allowing us to track all projects within our organization. This includes out software enhancements. We are also using this for all of our company agendas.
