Easy to use as a shared document between multiple users.
What do you like best about the product?
Saving documents (PDF,word,etc) on each row

Not having multiple sheet in one document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all information with respect to an order in one place - PO date, delivery date, check boxes, lot numbers, BOL document
Smartsheet allows me to stay organized and share important data with many contributors
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Smartsheet is user friendly. It is actually quite fun to play around with all of it's features. It allows you to make a database with LOTS of information aesthetic which alllows you to compile data and understand it a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike a normal excel where you can have tabs at the bottom of a page to separate data, Smartsheet has indentions which makes all your data on one page seem a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows me to oversee my budget at a glance. It allows me to make quick decisions based on real time data.
Great system for collaboration and project management for our small company
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive and provides guides. Being able to attach emails, files and comments, share tasks and create reports - these are the most useful for us at the moment but we also realise is there is a lot more we could do with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt always integrate with other systems we are using in particular our two directors are Mac users. Customer support is rapid but feels a bit formulaic and possibly from an american company that doesnt quite understand our needs as a micro organisation. You cant format the 'look' of sheets so for many they are inaccessible compared to other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to collaborate remotely on a number of different projects simultaneaously and create reports that summarise key milestones, actions and roles within projects. We use Smartsheet on a daily basis for managing our portfolio

I've been using Smartsheet for several years now, and it has truly transformed the way our team manages projects. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of features that cater to all our project management needs.

New colleagues need some time to become familiar with smartsheet.

We did not have a good view of ongoing projects in the past; with smartsheet, that is fortunately a thing of the past.

That Smartsheey offers various types of common sense applications that allow our work groups to work more efficiently.

I can't think of anything at all since we really enjoy using your products .

I am continually amazed as to what Smartsheet can do.

The versatility is great. I have 4 diffrent programs that I work with regularly and Smartsheet is easy to read and organize.

I would love it if you could sort by two fields intead of just one. I've been able to side step this with filters but sometimes that can be combersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a centralized platform that all users can use at anytime. There is less back and forth between departments and we are able to schedule between us easier.
Smartsheet for Automation!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has helped our business automate and track various processes from employee documenation, onboarding, project management, and client reporting. It is something that once I set up, I don't have to think about. I don't have reminders on my Outlook calendar for routine tasks - Smartsheet takes care of them!
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Dashboards in Smarsheet, we'd like to have more of a freeform format. The design constructs can be limiting.

Smartsheet not only automatically asks for updated information, but holds team members accountable for completing updates.
