What do you like best about the product?
Simple UX, easy implement, track activities

Performance on large data set when performing API call

To collect different sources on same place
Finally a product that works
What do you like best about the product?
There is finally product that works to pull all the data needed in one spot vs excel. It works just like that but is in real time and multiple people can update without the lag of versions. It can be changed to show what you want and others. Also locking data or only allowing options is great. The admin set up to allow users different task is great. Customer Support has been easy and Implementaion happend fast. I use this mulitple times a day for multiple applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminders can be a bit cumbersome. There are a lot of them to manage to get it just right so you only see what you need to vs every change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is tracking in real time the status of change orders, values and completion of work. We also track Job set up flow and management
Friendly and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Is friendly use, efficient. The platform feels safe and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more variety on templates and more trainings on that.
You have plenty templateds but they only change on the difficulty but work moslty the same.
I would love to se more customizable dashboards and surveys, on survesy more space for uploading pictures documents etc, not only 1 box available.
On dashboard would love to see more customizable options to make it for firendly.
Card view... makes no much sense cause is only a way to vizualise grids, I would love to be able to do a card view like Trello, were cards are 100% customizable beyond the rows.

The website can be a little slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The website glitches sometimes, it runs a little slow. This will help me complete my work faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of updates with client on technical spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to utilize this as a task managment software appears to have limitations. Because we are in this document so much, it would be great to also have task management at our fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing this to document over 10,000 doors along with photos of type of doors, hardware, door rating, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated time calculations without the need to create complicated formulas.
Ability to turn off and turn on rules in a straightforward fashion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Online cooperation is not best, especially if your teammates don't have the license to use Smartsheet. Adding them as reviewers is also complicated, spreadsheet must be exported and reviewed offline.

Managing large programs and smaller projects. Track milestones, execution and highlight risks.
Keeping us organized one task at a time.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has really allowed us to track our different projects easily. It is easy to build out the forms by the basic templates offered. The visibility across the team is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building the automations are tricky. It would be nice to have some additional help or instruction to implement the automations for what we need for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our trainings and attendee's. We've been able to send out reminders for those who have not yet taken them.
A good place to help keep data organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability of customization for the columns - its ability to store allot of information and categorize favorites
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that it isnt easy to duplicate past sheets without carrying over the meat inside the document. Its troublesome that copy and paste doesnt work within smart sheets as well as when searching key words

There are still some functionalities and features that I would like to see and they are not there yet.

Allows for sharing content with inetrnal and external stakeholders and colaborating with them.
