Useful Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share Smartsheets with multiple user and create easy to use forms for data entry on mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
None come to mind but usage in our company is limited to a few users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track worker usage for a project across multiple hiring managers.

Smartsheet can be complex and pricey for small businesses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve Project Management, Collaborations, Resource allocations, workflow automation, reporting and dashboards and task prioritazation.
Versatile Project organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the range of solutions for design asset and project tracking. Its a great tool for managing the entire lifecycle of a project and makes PMO a breeze. We use this multiple times daily and we find it to be an easy tool to manage alongside our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some buggy glitches here and there that have messed with our flow, mostly the proofing and the way that the sheet lays out, some days I'll log in and I wish that it would save the user preferred layout. The collapsing of sections and movement of the divider bars can get really messy really fast when multiple users are in there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving the problem of decentralization of assets. Each line item contains attachments, proofs, and detailed notes and status markers so that we can all be on the same page.
Fabulous Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Gantt chart is my favorite; super easy to prioritize and keeps me hitting deadlines. Fabulous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My content is planned a month at a time, so my sheets are all by month. It would be great if I could easily clone one month into a new workspace, at present I don't see an easy way to do that. I have to create a new workspace from scratch and copy/paste the spreadsheets. It's not the worst, it's just kinda inconvenient. Still a big fan of Smartsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content planning and content creation are two different things. As mentioned earlier, Smartsheet is a way for me to not only plan but prioritize and set reasonable dates to create a large volume of content on time.

Its a versatil tool, sometimes its a little confusion. But for us work as a tool of projects assigment.

Be able to do forms like Sheets in Google

We use Smartsheet as tool for projects assigments and project collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UX, easy implement, track activities

Performance on large data set when performing API call

To collect different sources on same place
Finally a product that works
What do you like best about the product?
There is finally product that works to pull all the data needed in one spot vs excel. It works just like that but is in real time and multiple people can update without the lag of versions. It can be changed to show what you want and others. Also locking data or only allowing options is great. The admin set up to allow users different task is great. Customer Support has been easy and Implementaion happend fast. I use this mulitple times a day for multiple applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminders can be a bit cumbersome. There are a lot of them to manage to get it just right so you only see what you need to vs every change.

This is tracking in real time the status of change orders, values and completion of work. We also track Job set up flow and management
Friendly and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Is friendly use, efficient. The platform feels safe and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more variety on templates and more trainings on that.
You have plenty templateds but they only change on the difficulty but work moslty the same.
I would love to se more customizable dashboards and surveys, on survesy more space for uploading pictures documents etc, not only 1 box available.
On dashboard would love to see more customizable options to make it for firendly.
Card view... makes no much sense cause is only a way to vizualise grids, I would love to be able to do a card view like Trello, were cards are 100% customizable beyond the rows.

The website can be a little slow sometimes.

The website glitches sometimes, it runs a little slow. This will help me complete my work faster.
Client Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of updates with client on technical spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to utilize this as a task managment software appears to have limitations. Because we are in this document so much, it would be great to also have task management at our fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing this to document over 10,000 doors along with photos of type of doors, hardware, door rating, etc.
