Tracking Vehicle End-of-Line Process with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's very easy to use and has a lot of documentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a lot of time to show a large database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to create an end-of-line tracking data. It helps my team to create data visulazation.
Very helpful with keeping an organized workforce.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy smartsheets easability. It makes my life easier when trying to organize and see future roadblocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I can't say I have found anything that I dont like about smart sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the features we use at our company is scheduling. It is amazing how easy it is to navigate the scheduling templates.

Lots of online tutorials. Easily accessible through the we browser.

the dependencies are very hard to adjust

A Solid Product
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has provided an excellent workspace for our team, and a useful tool for cross-functional projects with a lot of moving parts. We often share documents across One Drive, but sometimes Microsoft products get clunky when multiple people are using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a little more functionality when it comes to multiple people editing a document at the same time. I've had changes disappear because someone saved before I did. Other than that, I look forward to continuing to learn more about different options available for different types of projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet gives us a great place to house our editorial calendar (past, present, and future). It helps each of the writers/managers on the team see what others are working on and helps them if they need to step in during anyone's absence.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a very useful no-code/low-code platform that enables non-programmers to create tools that support automated workflows, integration of cross-department work and visual interfaces/dashboards that support monitoring and measuring work performance which in turn can inform improvements and help streamline and scale the work.
I really appreciate the versatility to create a smartsheet "systems" to the unique needs of different workflows and still be able to roll-up views for high level visual reports and dashboards.
Smartsheet capabilities grow as the users knowledge of the program and possible formulas grows.
It is also relatively easy to build capacity within an organization to use Smartsheet to support and maintain workflows.
I really appreciate the versatility to create a smartsheet "systems" to the unique needs of different workflows and still be able to roll-up views for high level visual reports and dashboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Challenges in the use of Smartsheet include 1) unclear implications of different level of permissions that can impact functinality of the system. This is also part of the challenge of system error detection and fix.
Another challenge is the system backup. There is no true back-up but rather the ability to save work as Excel files. This does not include may of the automations and links created in a system.
There are lot's of opportunities for improvement, such as bi-directional data updates. Some desided functionality is available via addon products.
One more challenge is maintenance and system modification. Once a multifaceted Smartsheet system is created, it can prove to be very time consuming to make minor changes as there may be multiple sheets that need to be touched. Again this challenge may be partially solved with some available addons. It may also be a users lack of knowledge on how to use some of the Smartsheet functionality or how to set up formulas correctly

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is probably the simplest answer. From entering data for users to tracking their progress and sending reminders, even the basic version of Smartsheet is a competent software tool in staying on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once things get into the shared situation with Smartsheet, you do need to mind other's access and review what they're adding to it. Not really Smartsheet's fault, but something to be aware of. As the management also links onto the Smartsheet to view project status', it could cause some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With disparate stakeholders wanting deliverables in different directions with different levels of engagement, keeping track of the workstreams can be difficult. Using Smartsheet we're able to indent and color code by department - for example, legals are all assembled under one heading so the executive can view the total progress of their department by percent complete, but we can track the individual tasks beneath that header and maintain the conversations necessary to manage the project and workstreams.

What do you like best about the product?
You get everything right from daily task tracking to reporting on key metrics to viewing all relevant data on dashboards. The interface is similar to excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to learn to get a grasp on all the features. Importing in Smartsheet from files like excel is not fully seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping turn data into insights and helping in tracking lags and delays in project timelines, automated reminders and notifications for overdue tasks, approvals etc to help stay on track
Easy to Use and Secure, but Sometimes Slow to Load
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very easy to use. I can create forms from scratch and share them with my team. It feels like an online Excel but with better features. I also like that it is easy to link multiple sheets. The recent login system is more secure, especially when accessing from an unauthorized PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a long time to load, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it easy to compare with other software because it is online-based, and I do not need to install any application. It allows my team to work together at the same time, which saves time and improves our business operations. This helps us work more efficiently and stay organized.
Data collection made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easy report making and dashboards. Easy to make forms and automate a lot of things based on the values.
What do you dislike about the product?
No autosave on forms. If using very long form and if the data connection refreshes, you loose all the data. No temporary autosave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection in the factory was difficult and was paper based. We have eliminated paper and significantly reduced human errors during data handling.
SmartSheet is very helpful in tracking and assigning tasks

Lots of great ways of tracking and tagging folks on various activities and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to create a Gantt chart that can be rolled up to the right altitude and exported into a gSlide.
It is a powerful tool but it can be hard to figure out it's true potential - not very intutive.
