Love smartsheet for organizing my attorney's extensive case list
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the I am reminded to save and I can go back if need be. I think the drive for keeping multiple sheets is also great- it is also alot more user friendly than excel.
Also love the feature of moving a row or copying to another sheet.

I dislike;
-occasional glitching or issues loading
-I cannot copy the charts straght into an email, I have to export them to excel first
-when I work on my chromebook from home, smartsheet does not allow me to use the search bar

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving data tracking and deadline meeting issues- i love the labeling and sorting features It has been great for staying on top of things.
Easy to use, Very customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has significantly helped our team improve organization, communication, and productivity. It is very easy to use, and has features better than excel. Being cloud based makes it easier to track changes made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support from Smartheet is not the best. It took multiple emails over a week to get a proper invoice to get them paid

the project planning by adding mutiple plans and to add all related details in on place for tracker, one collbration place for everything with everyone for all related reports , plan , dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Smartsheet is that it allows me to organize my files in the most ideal way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Smartsheet is the fact that I was so used to Excel, so it took me a little while to get habitual to Smartsheet. However, I was able to overcome this by reviewing Smartsheet courses and learning about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving all types of problems. It's super easy to share files and to collaborate with team members. By having features like assigning tasks to specific people or "contacts", Smartsheet makes life so easy.
Great for collaborative project management
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative nature. I work at a small company where we don't have a project managment department so that function typically falls to product development and as we are transitioning products from design to production, Smartsheets has been an invaluable tool between R&D and ops. It prevents dozens of messages/e-mails by having a single souce of truth that multiple stakeholders can update. It's wonderful that you don't have to worry about file syncing issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into data limitations when we had a giant sheet we used to pull reports from. We were able to relatively easily work the issue by spiliting up our timeline, but be aware that there is a limit!

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps keep our job requests and assets organized and accessible to our entire organization. We rely on it daily to keep track of projects and share assets to our teams and partners. I like the file storage capabilites, the drag and drop nature of organizaing and storing files, the project tracking and reports, intake forms and checklist functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The save button towards the top has me constantly wondering if it's auto-saving or if I need to manually hit save all the time. I've lost some work before when I didn't hit save and assumed it was auto-saving like other cloud products.

Keeps things organized, accessible and agile.
Excellent software for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful to plan out projects and keep them on tasks. We use it everyday at my company. They've continually added new features throughout the years to make it even more automated and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
would be nice if it had more of the excel type formuals you can use. It does have some of them, but not as many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have developed many automated routines including purchase order approvals that were previously done by hand with pen and paper. Really streamlined the process for us.

What do you like best about the product?
it keeps everyone in our company up to date at all times. no need to change documents and resubmit when everything is integrated in live time. its a great space for people who work remotely and want to keep everything together and accessible at all times. it also helpfull for sharing information with people who dont use smartsheets. they can access sheets and reports shared to them which is great for me and my contractors. our company pretty much lives within smartsheets we use it throughout each day. its truly has been a game changer for keeping everyone in the loop. ive not dealt wih customer support much and the only training or informational call i received was not very helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solved the problem of constanly emailing eachother documents and hoping everything was filed and up to date. it also helped with work flow. we use the automations to alert each other immidiately when a task is done without having to eail or call to update each other. it also helps keep everything in one space so we are not searching all over for information and documents
