Very interactive and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily you can communicate with other systems while using smartsheet. The interface and format is very intuitive and easy for beginners to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Smartsheet takes a long timt to populate or update after chages are made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts out a lot of manual work users would have to do by communicating with another project management database.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a cloud-based project management tool designed to help teams plan, track, and manage work efficiently. It offers a variety of features that cater to teams of all sizes, from startups to enterprises, making collaboration seamless and productivity-focused. I have been using your platform for a year, and it has significantly improved my project organization, collaboration, and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to remember that the sheets do not have the same capabilities as Excel. Example: When entering text, it will not auto populate with data already entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet includes coluns with calendars, so you can track your progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate it's ability to act as a central place for communication, file storage, task assignments, and monitoring of team capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too difficult to use and does not easily fit into workflows. The fact that it sortof looks like and functionls like Excel, but does not have the full range of features that Excel has makes it difficult to learn and adopt. Although it is primarily a project management tool, there does not seem to be an easy to use template for tracking time and task completion and indicating whether a project is on schedule or behind, which is the basis of any well-run project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have a consistent workflow that team members can follow when completing projects. If used regularly, it can show the status of a project, how much work has been done and how much work still needs to be done. As the manager of several teams this is helpful in managing the workload and reporting out on the status of projects to executive stakeholders.
Collaboration in smartsheet is seemless
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the easy to use interface of smartsheet and it's constantly improving features. The most I liked is the automation features that work seemlessly to get notified and get the approval.
I also appreciate the smartsheet community and smartsheet team for helping me and my organization to get the answers and educating constantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Smartsheet Forms are need to get get updated as without any title we should showcase the form but now it is compulsory to add a form title. If I'm adding a visual then there is no need to add that title again but there is no option right now. I have to add a dot to remove the title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to offer consulting and managing projects for our offshore clients.

Useful and Clean Integration with Project Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how my company was able to implement smartsheets we made into our new Project Management process in Wrike. The smartsheets autopopulate over to the platform and help tremendously with incoming information. Creating forms has been fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the current dashboard options leave something to be desired. The file pathways can turn out a bit messy. I also don't use the platform frequently, as I use it as a method to collect data to then work with in Wrike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create product intake forms that take the place of several excel documents we would have to send our clients and have them return.
Smartsheet brought order to our project chaos
What do you like best about the product?
Since using Smartsheet, the project management procedure has improved significantly. Smartsheet adapts to the needs of the users so that they can personalize how the tasks appear within it. Direct teamwork, which does not require meetings or emails, is possible with instant shared updates in Smartsheet. Our team can see all the timing and relativity of project tasks using the Gantt chart view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem is that the user interface and stability of the mobile application falls much short of what the desktop version offers and thus users trying to do tasks in the field encounter challenges. Occasionally, the integration process with specific tools brings its own challenges and the users are required to use alternative methods which consume their time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having implemented Smartsheet, we have been able to solve our disorganized project management problems. We had no organisation so we had delays and miscommunications when it came to managing tasks deadlines and approvals before. Smartsheet became the single Platform that aggregates all project-related activities in our company. Workflow assignments can be easily sent out through Smartsheet, either in bulk or on an individual basis, and with assigned timeframes and progress tracking, it will work far faster than before.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is fairly intuitive, and the things you don't know are easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
No basic RLS in regular sheets. This means that sharing with different audiences is lacking in basic functionality, especially for a business application where projects might have multiple customers/vendors. It feels like the most common answer on basic questions in the Smartsheet community forums is, "Not at this time, but it's a great idea! Please submit your idea as an enhancement request!"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to push data via api, and the connectors that allow reporting with thrid-party tools like Power BI makes it the easiest way to report against and update smaller datasets.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is user friendly and easy to pick up, if you haven't used it before. It is a plus that you can share it with other people too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that for other to view it, you need to pay for more of a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see the trickle down effect with tasks and calucting how long the whole process will take.
