What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless integration between the in-take forms and the spreadsheets
What do you dislike about the product?
I only use a fraction of the availalbe features and think I would use more if I knew more about them

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is great for collaboration and providing the same functionalities as a platform like excel. It gets rid of the headache of a shared file where updates can sometimes lag or not take affect at all. Smartsheet is very user friendly and I like the visualizations
What do you dislike about the product?
The change that was made to smartsheet this year was a major downgrade for the platform. One of the major selling points for teams that I worked on was the platform being accessible to users without a license. Since this is no longer the case, it can be hard to create a business case for using this if each user requires a license

Having a central location for project information and having visualizations built into a single platform

Simple to use and the dashboard features are excellent.

Everyone needs a license to edit a sheet.

A dashboard to share our marekting activities with the team. A good place to record sales pipelines and actions.

Back to before, we offen need to send a accomodation and meal request via email prior to a onsite project week.

Smartsheet for Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful for tracking the status of the many, many steps required to build and open a new store across multiple departments, teams and stakeholders. It's great being able to set different levels of progress to convey the status at a given point in time. The calendar date function and how that autopopulates when dates are selected also makes it nice to see how that flows down to other action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the graphics capabilities for visual snapshots of a project at a given point in time seem pretty stiff and rigid, and aren't as robust as graphic capabilities in other platforms. Wish there was a better way to convey a 1-page summary snapshot of status for a given project in an Executive Summary style format for senior leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the many tasks and statuses for getting a new store built and open.
It is good for team work, very organized and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that tasks are visible in a table, also that the team can comment on each one of them and its visible to everyone, the implementation is fast and simple and we use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if one can upload files into smartsheet, and also to be better color coded for intuitive purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The order and priority of multiple tasks can save time in terms of work management; to be able to see the comments of the team in each task is helping the workflow as well, so it is beneficial in terms of efficency and organization of work.
Solid and Practical
What do you like best about the product?
With just a basic knowledge of how spreadsheets work, you're able to create platforms to help manage work, whether tracking help desk assignments, parking tickets, or project management tasks. It has the ability to share the data among multiple users. A nice entry-level system for small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the basic plan, the "workspace" is owned by a specific user and access is only provided via that user. If that user leaves without transferring access, it's problematic. Obviously, this would then entail upgrading to the Enterprise version which can be cost prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track, assign and respond to Facilities work orders; it's also used to track parking tickets issued.
Organized and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything in one space and is easily integratable with other programs (i.e., Egnyte).
What do you dislike about the product?
Although you can set up automations, it is a lot of manual work to get things started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives everyone on our team a centralized view of where projects are at, what the order status of requested items are, or even just tracking internal nomenclature.
Although I just started to use it a year ago, I love it already.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent tool for coordination, it's easy to use and has multiple features like the ability to add a schedule. Our company also uses it on a regular basis to capture responses from employes, similar to a survey, which can then be transfered to a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I had most trouble with, is being able to add someone to an existing sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination between multiple parties in order to capture all impacts of a change. In our specific case, it's being used to enter all input from Supers and PMs.
